I have (at least) one room in a 3b1b top floor duplex that is delightful that is 800/month/room (plus electric, gas, and internet, which is like <100 ish per on the safe side?). Amazing and attentive landlord too. Fully furnished, and everything works perfectly. The bathroom is kind of small though, but has a closet. There are oak-looking hardwood floors that have an amazing vibe and bright walls and lots of light and lots of space.
The first room (mine) has a full-size bed and cozy rug and huge closet with a light in it and huge window with lots of light. It's the best room imho, or it is tied.
The second room is probably available, but it is not as good and still costs 800. It is 80% as big and doesn't insulate as well. It has a huge closet though and a window AC that does the job. You and your hypothetical friend can work this out. It has ethernet and the most windows.
The third room is as good as the first room, same closet, and queen bed. My friend may or may not be living here over the Summer though. Depends on where he works.
Pretty abundant parking including a driveway. About a 12-16 minute walk from the university center depending on your walking speed (I timed this myself before moving in)

Love the functionality of some of the online management platforms, but dont want to duplicate the data entry of typing in every lesson/assignment in the FLVS Portal into the homeschool portal.
Trying to get a view of ALL our homeschool activitiy (acadmeics, field trips, activities, grades, etc.) in ONE holistic view.
Anyone know if this is possible without retyping all the FLVS info into software like Homeschool Panda, Homeschool Planet, Syllabird, etc.?

My daughter’s father and I share parenting. The shared parenting agreement includes language as to disagreement about medical treatment but despite there being a space to designate one parent as the one whose decision “shall control”, that space is left blank. It reads “if the parties cannot agree regarding a course of treatment, ________ decision shell control.” I never noticed that neither her father nor my name was entered into that space, and now we are having a disagreement on recommended treatment. She has had more than one healthcare provider recommend antidepressants, and/or ADHD medication. I want to treat her, she wants to be treated. Her father does not. Given that that part of the custody agreement is not complete, what does that mean? what would be the consequences if I went ahead and had her treated?

So, we were treated to Kody's musings about his "lover" in college.
And he tells us that Robyn knew about it in the first month that they knew each other.
But, if I remember correctly, neither Christine nor Janelle knew about Robyn at all in the "first month that they knew each other."
Meri talks about keeping it a secret and that she liked having that secret with him. That's f'ed up enough until you realize that this married man, without the knowledge or permission of his wives, was having intimate conversations about his sex life with another woman.
That's cheating. He cheated with Robyn before 2 of his wives even knew she was a thing.
He then went on to disrespect his wives by kissing Robyn after the engagement.
He is always spouting off about polygamy but he was actively breaking the rules of the religion they were practicing polygamy for!
And I don't believe for a second that he wasn't having sex with her before they were married. The way these jerks think, they find excuses for their bad behavior.
She kept pushing the whole "should have been together since the beginning" nonsense, I can see her justifying having extramarital sex with him as "well, we should have already been together for 10 years at his point, so why wouldn't we?"
I wonder if he'll ever figure out that every time he opens his mouth, he just digs himself into a deeper hole.

28M, and I am straight. I have had a couple of flings before and one relationship, (with girls)
Last relationship ended a year back. I am still dealing/healing with the trauma. Trying to figure things out.

So may seem like a silly question, but for my apps submitted via PSYCAS the last updates I have were that apps were received and verified. If an invite to interview or rejection is updated how does that show up? Is it in the critical alert area? Does it come directly from the school? I tried to look up online, but there's no information that I could find once the application process is complete.
