Hi,
I bought a navitimer last Summer (my first automatic watch) and have worn it everyday since. Yesterday was the first time I hadn't worn the watch and noticed just now that my watch is 2.5 hours off (2.5 hours sloweearlier than local time). What is the explanation regarding this? Is this normal?
I'm new to watches so I'd appreciate all the info.

I recently had to replace my larger garage door and need to paint them both to match. I’d like to go with a darker color like the door in the second picture, but I’m not sure if that would work. I am able to repaint any trim or the railings, shutters, etc to match, but cannot change the primary house color. The shutters and railing are a dark green that I am open to changing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I mainly need some help trying to decide if I should start buying components now for a new build, or if I can afford to bide my time.
Some relevant background: * I'm a casual gamer, and have a technical background * my daily driver is a rebadged 2022 TongFang laptop, dual booting Debian (my main OS), and Windows 11 (sparingly used and updated) for some games * I have an HTPC I built back in 2013 which is still going strong, and which I use to record OTA broadcasts (live sports, mainly), and to game on my sofa * I much prefer quality and durability over performance, and my average computer has historically lasted 9 to 10 years
Money is technically no object, but I would realistically cap the overall expenses at 3000 USD, although I feel strongly that it should be possible, at least for now, to build a decent computer with media server capabilities for around 1200 USD.
Here's the rest of my entertainment centre setup: * LG G3 OLED * Denon AVR * Panasonic 4K blu ray player * secondary region B blu ray player * PS5 * Nintendo consoles: Switch OLED and Super Famicom Mini
I am thinking about setting up the new PC in my home office, and I can run HDMI and ethernet cables through a wall into my living room.
I'd like this machine to ideally work well at least until 2035 (if push comes to shove, I can still use my 11 year old PC for banking, online transactions, etc., so I'd like the new machine to last at least as long).
Any advice and recommendations would be much appreciated; thanks for reading.

I need to book a flight to NCE with a connection in ATL or JFK. I usually prefer JFK, especially on the way home from Europe because it’s a shorter flight (I hate watching the flight map while we fly over cities that I could have landed in). Some of the options, especially from JFK, are operated by AirFrance. I’m hoping to use a global certificate. Is this even possible on an AirFrance flight? Can I upgrade with miles on AirFrance?
Also, I’m seeing notes on some options that a global certificate is available to get to premium select. If I use the certificate, can I use miles to get the rest of the way to Delta One or does it lock me to whatever I get with the certificate. It’s my first year as Diamond so I’ve never had global certificates before. I’ve always booked main, got to C+ as platinum, then used miles/money to get to Delta One.

I noticed this new bump behind my tonsil, it’s kinda on the wall of my throat and it doesn’t really hurt, only sometimes very mildly when I swallow, I’m scared it’s the start of a tonsil abscess or something and I’m freaking out

i recently made a post where i said i'd finally told my LO how i feel. i don't think i was completely shut down. i was given a non answer and im just so confused.
i was soo sure of myself when i told her i couldn't be friends with her after and the way she sooo vaguely replied has been absolutely fucking with my head. i think im not going to text her for awhile. i might temporarily delete my social media apps she can communicate with me on for a few days. i just need a minute before i speak to her again because it's just making me worse.
the vague reply just made me feel that there was going to be a chance, even though there isnt. ive started revolving my life about moving away with her l, and i just can't anymore. i feel sick to my stomach when i realize that all i do is think about her. she's in my dreams. she's in every single thing i do and i just want to hate her but i can't. i hate feeling like this, it's like i have absolutely no self control and now that she knows how i feel, all of our interactions are terrifyingly awkward on my end. i feel desperate and i want to crawl into a pit and never climb out
