Was messing around last night doing soft resets prepared to take a couple weeks to get this shiny and it showed up in only a couple hours!! Insanely grateful for the insane luck 🙏. I also have shiny dialga in this save and I'm going to try for all the legendaries ❤️✨️. I kind of wish I would have grinded for a shiny starter at the beginning 😭

2025.02.01 22:10 Hotel-Dependent How I’d revise MCU Spider-Man to not remove Uncle Ben and what he taught Peter
Peter’s lesson shouldn’t be that with great power he must also have great responsibility, but MORE about what does being responsible MEAN.
We keep Uncle Ben’s death, and that part, but how he’ll react to it should be unique with The MCU.
In Homecoming, he’ll want to become an Avenger because Peter believes it’s “the responsible thing” to do. This is going to be egged on by Tony to a degree. Even though he’ll tell him he’s doing what he’s told or else he won’t become an Avenger.
In Far From Home, he’ll be obsessed with being Iron Man believing it’s “the responsible thing to do” and wanting to honor Tony, and we use this pattern to run a new path with this Peter.
In No Way Home, he’s at his most broken, not knowing what to do, not knowing what “the responsible thing to do” is.
May’s last line is going to be this
“You told me Ben told you that you had a great responsibility, and it isn’t hard to do the responsible thing as you believe. Do the right thing, and be there for those who cannot.”
And that’s what he’ll do rest of No Way Home, inspired by May, Tobey, and Andrew.

For the 2024 year, I filed my taxes through an HRA free tax assistance program which usually works really well for me, but this year i got stuck with people who did not know what they were doing and messed up my taxes really bad. I’m a college student, and don’t have a 1098t because I don’t pay for school and the IRS doesn’t require that information. The tax preparers created their own 1098t going off my fee bills and practically lied to the IRS because they insisted they needed the information. As a student, I usually receive every dollar of federal and state taxes back. This year i’m not even getting half of it back. They had me there for 3 hours. I made the mistake of signing it thinking they were the professionals. Is there anything i can do ???? What should I do?? I just filed my taxes yesterday and the IRS hasn’t processed it yet.

2025.02.01 22:10 Short_Confidence_874 Extreme light sensitivity that goes away if I close my left eye? [24F]
Hello!
Recently I've been having extreme light sensitivity, mostly in the afternoon or evening. Any light at all feels like staring straight into the sun. I can't open my eyes, if I do my eyeballs start to basically vibrate and my head starts to spin like crazy.
Summed up: Starts to feel like I'm staring into the sun -> eyes closed feels ok, my head spins a bit -> try to open eyes they vibrate (like they're being forcefully moved back and forth) and my head starts to violently spin (like my brain was put in a tumble dryer)
I found that if I close my eyes it calms down after a while, I also found that it's only my left eye I need to close for it to calm down.
I think it started after a coworker that sat in front of me at work started using his overhead lamp, that because of it's positioning meant all of the light was going straight into my face/eyes. It basically felt like I had a headlight on me. I moved desks after a few weeks but apparently the damage has already been done.
I have diagnosed astigmatism, I also have much worse vision in my left eye. I wear glasses, the left eye has almost twice as thick glass!
I am 24, Female. I don't use any prescribed medication but I do take allergy medicine.
Getting a doctor to take u seriously in my country is very hard, so a preliminary diagnosis would help me get help. Thank you so much!!

My family went on a trip yesterday, and I have 5 younger siblings, so we needed 2 hotel rooms. I was bunked with 2 younger siblings, while my parents and the others slept in room #2?
I was still on my phone around 3 AM, when I heard some commotion in the hallway directly outside our room. A few people were arguing, but it was muffled, I couldn't gague anything. Eventually I got up so I could call the front desk about it, but then I felt it
My eyes and nose were suddenly under attack. There was no scent, just pain. I woke up my siblings and told them we needed to run, to the emergency exit for safe air. Halfway there though, I had a scary thought, what if the rest of my family is asleep in room #2? I don't know what this chemical is, what if its capable of killing somebody without waking them up?
So I ran back, pounded on their door, and took off for the emergency exit. I waited in the cold with my younger siblings, trying to breathe it out, but I got scared, cause the rest of my family took a long time to escape. It turns out they were awake and heard the commition outside. Then when they heard me pound on their door, they thought I was the attackers. They shouted whos there, but I didn't hear it, because I ran away to try and escape the chemical
Because of me, my family was trapped in there for nearly a minute, including my 3 year old sister, whos probably traumatized. We think that it was bear spray (basically a pepper spray grenade), meaning there won't be any permanent damage to us, but it was still agony at the time
Why did I have to pound on that door, my panicking caused so much more pain than necessary, and probably traumatized my sister. Evacutating my little siblings was so scary, I wish I knew the chemical wasn't lethal. Trying to comfort my baby sister was so hard, she was shaking so much she thought she was cold. But she was warm to the touch, she just didn't know how to process how scared she was
