En regardant quelques recos faites sur ce sub, j'ai remarqué qu'il n'y avait généralement pas de ventirad (pour des PC dans mes ordres de prix). Du coup j'me demandais si je devais en prendre un ou pas !

Male, 29 years old, Fourth Year Teacher in Ontario, Canada for context.
Two weeks ago my dad was rushed to the hospital for pain in his leg. He was also suffering from very aggressive cancer and dementia, and my family was told that it would be "any day now". I took that entire week off from teaching to be with family because of how volatile things were shaping up to be. He ended up passing away at the end of that week.
My school gives me 5 days of bereavement, which I used this past week to help arrange the funeral, burial etc etc. However, my principal, as well as the owner of the school, (private school) also told me to "take as much time as I need"
I am conflicted. On one hand, another 5 days would be nice to properly grieve, as I feel I haven't had a chance to do so. I'm also getting married in April and have been preparing for our Stag & Doe on Saturday so it's been busy busy busy. I don't want to rush back in the event im not ready to be back.
On the other hand, if i take another week, I will have been out of school for three weeks, and I feel guilty about missing anymore.
I get conflicted reports from people, with some telling me thay getting back into a routine would be good, while others are telling me to take the time needed. I randomly get emotional (not crying but on the cusp) from the silliest things, and I don't want to bring thay into the classroom.
If anyone has experience dealing with similar things I would appreciate some advice so much. I'm just so conflicted.

Odd question but I've almost always been like this growing up and very rarely feel like I'm breathing through both nostrils. This likely has led me to having poor sleep, insomnia, and being a "mouth-breather." A friend recently told me to try taking a zyrtec or similar otc daily cuz it has helped him. Just wondering if that's the case.

2025.02.01 18:42 Alone-Impression6825 Infernalist/ Glass Cannon caster/ minion survivability 5 tips for New Players endgame
Hi, I am level 83, so just getting a hang of the game and wanted to help with 5 basic tips that I would have paid for even to know before my endgame deaths and leveling issues :) for people playing Infernalist or any minion build/caster that really changed my life since I commited to them.
1) go for the mana instead of life (mind over matter) passive late + go for max energy shield before that. When I have a lot of mana, I also use blink to get out of being surrounded when my minions die once ES is down
2) stun treshold is important especially for breaches, stunned you cannot kill them! but there are several useful passives taking the treshold from energy shield- literally changed my life, no need for this in my equipment anymore. Hardly getting stunned anymore.
3) shoes with + to mobility!! Why fight, when you can Forrest Gump and wait a moment for minions to resurrect and ES to come back :)
4) passives shortening ressurectuon time for minions- nice when they spawn to shield you in a corner quickly and tou are again the predator:)
5) Have fun with whatever damage build you have!
I know this is basic for POE veterans. A lot of mana + ES with a result lot of stun treshold gives me the time to run in those shoes, wait for energy shield to recharge and minios to ressurect. I literally do not die anymore, hope this helps :)

2025.02.01 18:42 monkeyboytoby my english is bad would that stop readers from enjoying the story?
My understanding is limited so it comes out a bit flawed I can use capital letters and full stops alongside the ' to replace letters but I can't do much more than that would that stop readers its the main part I am stuck on.
I have the characters mostly set and their decklists prepared but I am unsure if englishbeing bad would cause people to dislike the story

2025.02.01 18:42 GrantSW_46 My experience with COD Zombies, as a fan.
I’ve been playing this mode since I was 6, I watched my brother finish the WAW campaign and he left when the credits started, I watched bc I liked the soundtrack and once it was over I had THAT experience… ever since then I was hooked. I spent ALL my time on this mode, I made all my friends through this mode and had countless all nighters with my neighborhood friends on splitscreen. Things changed for me after BO3 though, I tried BO4, didn’t like it, tried Cold War, didn’t like it. I stopped trying after that. I went back to what I knew and loved and have played that for all this time. Over those years, friends moved on, online serves became less, and eventually it was just me. Now it feels like a ghost town whenever I load up a game of zombies, filled with the echos of old friendships and good times. I still enjoy and love each and every map from WAW-BO3, but it IS different.
When I do a high round, I put on some videos from the ZHOUSE or old vids from lex or pat, and just recently I realized just low long ago even videos from BO3 are.
Just recently I found this subreddit and it’s sad how divided and critical the community has become. Some hate on new cod and want it to go back to how it was without realizing that they can just go back and play old zombies. Some think the new cod is great without noticing that it only seems great bc of how bad it WAS, even the best maps from new zombies don’t stand a chance against the worst maps from “the good old days”.
Saying all this just because I wanted to, and I don’t have any friends that play COD anymore. I don’t know if I’ll ever stop though, I love this game, and this community, even if it’ll never be the same, at least I was there for the best of it.

I don't think the person has to be limited to a miraculous resurrection. Maybe they were just misdiagnosed with death or in a deep coma and woke up after they were falsely confirmed deceased.

 | I’ve been on Finasteride for 6 months, and while it helped stabilize my hair loss (I wasn’t noticing shedding in the sink, tub, or when running my hands through my hair), I didn’t see any noticeable regrowth. About a month ago, I added Minoxidil 5% foam to my routine to encourage regrowth. Since then, I’ve been experiencing increased shedding, especially long hairs (as shown in the picture). Additionally, I’ve noticed thinning in the frontal region, which wasn’t an issue before starting Minoxidil.
