When I throw, I try to keep my wrist still, bent back a bit, in line with the idea of fewest moving parts makes easier consistency. Sometimes I find myself and I think I see others give a little wrist action just when reaching the release point... a little flick that adds a bit of oomph to the dart at release.
So - whaddayathink? Do most people do this and I am just picking up on it? Does this add enuf value to your throw that it is worth having one more element of movement? Do you thro as I have been trying - essentially zero wrist movement - only things moving are from elbow to wrist?

Say I have [[crusader of odric]] on the battlefield with 3 other 1/1 creatures making crusader a 3/3, can you proliferate to make crusader bigger, or would you need something else to give crusader counters before you proliferate?
Now I've typed it out i think i know the answer but just want to make sure I am correct.

This server is based in a world where a virus has killed off 95% of the human and 10 years has past. You can loot all type of objects for weapons and crafting resources and food. you can sell resources to a npc and get random prices for it that changes every so often. everything you loot has a respawn timer on it.
With money you can buy cars or ammo for most weapons. Phones and Radios still work.
The militia acts as a police/ems force trying to help those in trouble of any kind.
Looking for Militia players
KoS Zone- we have kill on sight zones but its based on your RP. If your character wouldnt KoS then don't. RDM is still not allowed. While you are in these KoS zones random hostiles npc with guns will spawn and try to kill you its random how long between the time they spawn. they also spawn per player so large groups of player will run into larger groups of the survivors.

Nikon Zf + 40mm f/2 SE Z lens - includes glass screen protector since day 1, and a grey skin around the top and bottom housing to prevent scratching in my bag. there are small imperfections near the bottom battery latch normal wear and tear but no major flaws or dings, it's in excellent condition. shutter count is 756 as pictured in the time stamp, i wasn't able to use it as much as i'd have liked to, but perhaps in the future. will ship in original box with all necessary hardware, battery, strap, and lens cover.

 | I just now received my Iron Rangers back from KW Shoe Repair, who applied their Cristy Sole Conversion package. KW's service was outstanding, and the work appears to be very high quality. KW predicted a two-week turn around, but I have the boots back seven days after they arrived at the shop, including shipping from Canada. Now to go outside for our first walk. The backstory: While the fit is good, I found the original sole so uncomfortable that I rarely wore the boots and never got them fully broken in. In contrast, my Classic Mocs are among the most comfortable boots I've owned.
