Help. Nago-overthink ako huhu.
Diagnosed with PCOS since 2023 pero monthly pa din ako nagkakaroon. Everytime na made-delay ako sa expected date ng mens ko nagp-PT ako since active din kami ng asawa ko since last year. Nagkaron pa ako ng last week ng December last year. Delayed na ako na usual na 28 days cycle ko at ang unusual ng cramps at back and breast pain ko kaya ako nag pt. Nag positive siya pero faint line. Nag try ako 3 times using different brands at same din ng results.
Sa sobrang anxious ko nagpa check kami agad at ni recommend kami na mag TVS pero walang nakita sac. Sinabi din ng OB na baka nag false positive yung pt kasi weakly positive ang results at may PCOS ako at overweight or malapit na ako magkaron kaya na detect sa TVS na kumakapal na yung lining ko. Ang advise niya bumalik nalang kami next month to check again pag di ako nag bleed.
Sinabihan niya din ako magpa bhcg to check pero parang nawalan na ako ng gana. Possible ba talaga na hindi talaga ako buntis? Kasi nung nakita niya yung PT ko na faint line tas walang nakitang sac nagiba yung tono ng OB eh.

I have a disabled child who has to go to various therapies, medical appointments, and unexpected emergency room visits. Good evening all! I've been a chef for the past 20 years and only in the last year I've been using stones and strops and the difference is incredible compared to using steels!
I have a couple of questions. Currently I'm using a Shapton pro 1000 and a strop with different compounds.
Which Shapton stone would be good for removing chips in the edge of a knife?
Which Shapton stone would you use to really refine and polish the edge?
And lastly what would you recommend for getting scratches out from a knife? I've been told wet sand paper with a high grit is the way to go.
Any advice/info would be greatly appreciated.

2025.02.01 20:32 ki4fkw Out of space - can I add a sub panel and move one of these?
I want to run 240v out to a subpanel in a small outbuilding. I'll mainly just be using LED lights, small power tools, radio, etc... but occasionally a small 240v welder and potentially a small mini-split HVAC unit.
This is the main panel beneath the meter at my house. It's full. Would adding a subpanel directly beside this box be an option? My thoughts are to do that and move one of these double pole breakers into that box to give me room so that I can connect the building.
If so, what do you calculate would be the correct conductor to get to the building? It's around 120 feet away and would be buried, so let's just say 150 feet to compensate for any curves adding length and distance coming up to the panels.
Thanks for any advice. I read a lot here and you guys are great!
