2025.02.01 20:33 Puzzleheaded_Area_48 Coming of Zoloft and hypersexuality…
As soon as I (34 F) tapered off Zoloft and about the time my brain zaps disappeared my libido changed into full force and it’s actually causing some problems in that I am horny all the time and my partner (who is still on Zoloft) has a lower drive. It’s a relief that I’m feeling any of this stuff again (the last time I felt like this was a loooooong time ago probably due to depression and sex also took a back seat with being on Zoloft). Anyway, I’m going to monitor it as it’s early in the transition to not having ssris (about 3 weeks).
It’s like I’m glad I can get wet again but the lack of relief is distracting AND I’m kind of afraid it’s going to affect my relationship. In a way it’s kind of causing low self esteem in that I feel like my advances aren’t welcomed.
My goal is to see if it makes a difference to exercise- losing some Zoloft weight might help my partners attraction to me, and maybe some intense physical activity might burn away the hyper sexuality.
Anyone have experience with this? I’m frustrated!

Has anyone noticed if they are reacting commonly to salicylate foods? Some high salicylate and low histamine foods are blueberries, grapes, brocoli, cucumber and raspberries. I'm trying to understand why I'm currently eating low histamine foods but still getting reactions and came across salicylate intolerance.

I know this is a few weeks out, but I have an event that I'm hoping to bring this to earlier.
I'm struggling with the directions. The book says to cut the phyllo into 9x7 squares, and then to place these in a 9x13 pan. Is it supposed to take up half the pan? All the pan with less layers? I can't tell.
Would it work to just make this in a 9x9 pan? Any suggestions (especially if someone has made this before) would be appreciated.

2025.02.01 20:33 ra246 Becoming involved with my first property: £200k, or £300k?
Hi all, looking into this at the moment (and with my job it makes perfect sense to do so, so it needs to be done).
I have a deposit of around £75k and have been accepted for a mortgage of up to £259k after viewing a house a few weeks ago at £309k. I’d be living in the house initially for a few months before then renting out (and should be able to get around the same level of interest, again, due to job)
But then today I’ve found some houses in an (albeit worse) area although they are slightly displaced from the town which is kinda bad. These properties are at around £200k rather than £309k.
My idea for the £309k houses were they’re in a convenient area with good road and rail links, and in the future I may move back into this property. Again, job dependant. Because of this, I am looking at nicer homes (garage, bigger kitchen, bay window on the living room, etc)
Buying the £200k house would take the emotion out of it, because I’d never plan to live in it.
It would also let me pay off a mortgage while continuing to save for a 2nd property in around 5-7 years?

I’m thinking of mixing MB with Dragon's Blood. I believe their antioxidant properties complement each other well, and since both are colorants, this could create a new shade. Has anyone tried this or have thoughts on it?

Not sure how the game looks across the ladder but at least in NA gold I’d describe league rn as side lane, front to back team fighting with big ass tanks, and divers like wukong nocturne xin etc
Azir sounds very good here for this I can’t lie
You scale well, you front to back well and on nashors liandrys void with conq or lethal tempo you do well against tanks even, you’re comfortable on side with mobility and passive, and you have a great tool for meta jungle and support through defensive use of ult
Ofc azir isn’t an easy champ and takes a lot of mastery to become very good at.. but to a playable level of “front to back team fighter that can deal with tanks, comfortably side lane, and disrupt divers” azir sounds super strong or at least “anti meta” so to speak
Not looking to highlight reel montage a penta kill on side lane rank 1 azir or something.. is there another champ I should consider that would check those boxes or is azir the money maker if those are the things I’m looking for as a 2nd champ to put proper time into?

Before you judge just hear me out. I (21F) and my boyfriend (23M) have been together for over four years. We were high school sweethearts, he’s in the military and now gone during the week for work for a few months. I graduated college at 19 and have been at my job for over a year now, he will be at his job for almost year. We are about to move in together, we would have sooner but due to my college and his job making him be away for months I didn’t want to live on my own. So we have talked about being married very often, he even took me ring shopping over a year ago. We are very financially independent and we have been ready to do this for a long time.
Heres the kicker. I lost my mothers parents (grandfather when I was young and grandmother about two years ago, both old age) on my dads side I lost my grandmother (who i was extremely close with) many years ago two days before my thirteenth birthday. She had complications due to a surgery with ovarian cancer. I only have one grandfather left. He has been the best but his age is showing. Since he is my last grandfather left I want to dance with him at my wedding like a father daughter dance. My boyfriends family has been second nature to me and they feel like family now. His grandfather has stage four cancer and refuses to get treatment, thats just who he is. With all this in mind I want those who are left to be at our wedding. My boyfriend only has his mother, sister, grandma and grandpa, and they have been a huge part of my life. I know this is selfish but I just can’t accept having to have more of those chairs with the photos of those who couldn’t be there at the wedding.
My boyfriend is tired of my bringing it up but I am a planner and am excited to do this.
So am I the asshole for pushing to get engaged?
