TLDR: my neighbors dog has bit me, my dog, my neighbor. Should we report to our landlord?
Pretty much what the tldr says, but here’s background:
My husband (m28) and I (f28) live on the second floor of a converted house. The couple Katie (f23) and Sarah (f23) who live below us who moved in over a year ago. They initially had two dogs (a 5 year old and a 4 week puppy) but had to give away one because the lease explicitly states they could only have one. They got rid of the older dog, because “they wanted to raise a puppy together and Sarah already raised the 5 year old dog”. Insanely immature math and horrible to rehome a dog who is bonded to Sarah. So now the puppy who well call, Saint, is being left home for long periods as they both work full time, and they’re not taking it to dog training classes or socializing it.
Around 8 months we let our dogs play together in the yard and I gave Saint a treat and he bit my finger really hard, there was a huge bruise under my nail and it was annoyingly painful to use my computer for work. They were apologetic and said they were working on “gentle” with him, and I stupidly brushed it off as that.
There are also 3 additional cottages out back. More recently, our neighbor Susan (f60) had a package delivered to their door and asked to say hi to Saint. As she reached in to pet him, Saint bit her arm. Luckily she was wearing a winter coat but she was very alarmed and confided in us and another neighbor.
Saint is always backing territorially at everyone and I think had lunged at service workers sent by our landlord.
Our dog Dempsey had acl surgery so my husband has been carrying her down the stairs to go to the bathroom and she has to be kept away from other dogs. I can’t carry her because I’m pregnant and she’s 70 pounds. Today it had snowed and the ground was slick. Sarah was out with Saint and he drags her across the ground to attack Dempsey. He bits Dempsey tail and Dempsey let’s out a yelp. Sarah is able to yank Saint away and they go inside. My husband comes up fuming and tells me is checking Dempsey for any blood which there was none but she is pretty shaken and keeps whining and licking her tail.
We plan on telling them they need to take their dog to aggression classes or we will tell our landlord. Our landlord has threatened to evict them previously because of the dog fiasco as they were moving in and we felt it was a little unfair, but I think the aggression classes is even too nice. I’m due in September and there will be times where I have the dog and baby and if this were to ever repeat…
Any advice from anyone who has dealt with similar? Should we tell landlord about the other instances with Susan? I don’t want to put these girls out, they’re really young and clearly immature and shouldn’t be dog parents if they can’t train their dogs. Is there anything else we could or should do?

 | I purchased an Active 2 when they launched and it's been amazing, till this morning. I looked down at my watch and the face was black. I could access my app screens and widgets, but no watch face. Odd, but no problem, probably an error with a third party face. Or so I thought. I rebooted the watch, only to be greeted by a QR code. My phone said my watch was still connected however. Nothing I did would bypass this QR code. I unpaired the watch from my app, and somehow through a variety of long and short button pushes, got the watch to reboot. It brought up the new watch menu to pair again. I went through all of the steps and got it set up. But Flow wouldn't work and no apps would sync. So I rebooted the watch and was once again greeted by the QR code of nothingness. Has anyone seen this before? Hey, I’m on level 35 slayer, looking to get to 69 to complete The Mighty Fall. I’ve been saving a bunch of large XP lamps to use when the grind gets dreariest. At what point between 35 and 69 do you recommend I spend them all? What would be peak efficiency, or at least, what point would help make the grind feel least grindy between now me 69? I’m assuming somewhere from 60 - 69, but maybe I’m missing something?

In other words, my consciousness and my present are here now, and my sister's consciousness and present are in the future. And other people are still in both the past and the future.
For example, at this exact moment Leonardo da Vinci is alive, but in his reality and in his present. But for me now he is already dead. What if there is no such thing as future and past? What if it is all one thing. What if time does not even exist and what really exists is my consciousness?

Apologies in advance, I know little about computers.
I got a Predator Helios Neo 16 laptop one month ago. I'm a little concerned by my CPU heat even when I'm just idling or just using word. This is not while gaming/using heavy loads. My CPU usage % stays down at 3%, but the CPU temperature stays in the 80s/low 90s C. The fans are always blowing hard, even when I'm not doing anything.
I've tried some tips around reducing max CPU power (I think it was called that) to 99% and minimum to 0%, but that didn't really help.
Is this normal? Is there a way to fix it? I know gaming laptops can get hot, but it seems weird to be getting this hot when I'm barely using any CPU
