between a pending abortion ban bill and the deletion of contraceptive and STD resources from government websites, I am terrified. besides the fact that i dont want children, my mental and reproductive health has always been subpar and i am worried about how a successful pregancy would affect me, let alone how one with complications would go since they would not be able to preform certain emergency care within an abortion ban. i made an appointment to discuss sterilization but its not until may and im in a red state anyway. this feels like an attack on womens rights and our freedom to live how we want. i dont know how to fight back. if anyone has any words of support, advice, or their own fears to vent, please utilize this thread❤️

im being “pressured” into finding a relationship this year but i really need help gang 😕 for the guys, do you guys plan out what youre gonna say ahead of time/think of a few conversational questions beforehand? and for girls, do most of you feel bothered or weirded out when approached? i feel like that’s my biggest concern for some reason 😭 also is it true that most of you don’t care too much for more introverted guys? ik it probably differs person to person tho

I just got put on Wellbutrin (150mg) and was told I could continue the lex (chose to go down to 10mg instead of 20 due to fatigue).
I’m worried about serotonin syndrome and seizures though. I have no prior history. Is combining the two safe?

The pantala ones I’m a bit iffy about, I still like the idea of leafwings being more related to the others with extra limbs, and weird shaped limbs cause I thought it looked cool at the time (it’s really just longer legs the drawing just has the legs squished together). Then I added some subtribes that would be cool. Reef seawings are more colorful, abyss seawings are a lot more closed off. Rainforest nightwings are kinda similar to both nightwings and rainwings. Hey everybody, I thought about making a post so that everyone can share a helpful piece of advice or something that they have found out over the time to make the hair feel the best,
I just recently changed something about my routine and it made my hair game a million times prettier and more flowy.
Little big of background: I am blonde, pretty light blonde even, and as we know most are Indian hair, soaked in bleach baths etc to become light. With all the treatments etc the hair feels very DEAD so I experimented a lot with different bond treatments etc to make the hair feel and look the most natural.
The thing that changed my hair the most was the water temperature. Since hot water opens the follicles and makes them basically look like a blossoming flower i was always thinking about the damage that I do to my hair when I do the hot water method to remove the glue. Of course I put conditioner and a mask and all that jazz on it afterwards but what really changed the game was the rinsing.
It doesn’t matter if it’s in the shower on a regular hair wash day or if it’s on the day you’ll remove the glue:
Wash with hot water. Conditioner. Rinse with only cold water - like ice cold. That closes the follicles and capsules the active agents within the hair.
My hair never felt more flowy.
Maybe this post brings some interesting experiences and tips and tricks together that helps others, no matter how long you’re already in the Hair System Game 🙂✌️

Hello everyone, I hope you guys are having a great day. I've been dealing with this for a long time and I just need some help because I have no idea what to do. For context: I am 18f with no connection to my paternal family. I wish I could indulge you guys in the story but I quite frankly don't know if I know the truth behind everything buy I'll tell you what I've been told. Around 2004-2005 my mother 40f was with a man named Alex Valencia, they were together for a while and she got pregnant with me. He seemed happy with the news and everything but I've been told that he was possibly an alcoholic and so I know how they can be. Before I was born he left for reasons unknown to me but I've heard a few theories: My mother said his grandmother or mother (i cant quite remember) had passed away and that he had to attend her funeral, but I've also heard that he had really just gotten deported again because he had entered the United States illegally. The reason it's unknown is because my mother is a huge liar and narcissist so I can't really trust much she says. My mother told me of one last phone call a few months after I was born (2006) where he asked how I was and said he would come and see me. That never happened. I have no interest in meeting my bio dad as he has no interest in me as far as I know, plus I have an amazing dad who has taken care of me my whole life. My problem is I know that I at least have one sister whom I don't know anything about except for her first name. I want to know my family and my culture and see what all I missed out on. In these times I am terrified for their safety and I know I need to at least get closure on this chapter of my life. I am asking for advice on what I should do because I know I have very limited information and DNA testing is really expensive and I just feel lost. Any help would be appreciated.
