Please help.
I think I have a disorder of sorts but I am confused. Here are some examples:
I change clothes like 5 times a day and am always unsatisfied
If one thing goes imperfect with my day or my routines, I can’t focus and things feel off. I can’t be productive and it’s terrible.
I have mood swings where I think my self esteem is okay and then it plummets (no I don’t ever think I am grandeur)
I have to move around and change locations or else I feel restless.
If I don’t look a certain way (like my hair is perfect and I look clean and tidy) I can’t go out and struggle with my self perception.
Does anyone have any ideas?

The issue: - Initiating conversations/intimacy feels impossible. I overthink everything—like lying awake at night agonizing over whether to approach my wife or not. My ADHD brain spirals into “what ifs” (rejection, awkwardness, etc.).
- Her low libido vs. my need for connection. My wife is often exhausted (kids, work, life) and rarely initiates. She’s mentioned she’s fine without much intimacy, but it leaves me feeling lonely and stuck. We’ve talked about this many times, but it never leads to change.
- The cycle: She doesn’t initiate → I overthink initiating → We drift further apart → Rinse/repeat.
Questions for you: 1. ADHDers with partners: How do you navigate rejection-sensitive spirals when initiating? Any communication hacks? 2. Mismatched libido success stories: How did you and your partner bridge the gap without pressure? 3. Non-sexual intimacy ideas: What small gestures helped you reconnect emotionally? 4. I love my wife and want to fix this, but I feel lost. Therapy is an option, but we’re stretched thin with kids/work. Any tips, resources, or “been there” wisdom would mean the world.
TL;DR: Married dad with ADHD can’t stop overthinking intimacy/communication with low-libido wife. Need strategies to break the cycle and reconnect.

Gear help
I have a 2024 Specialized Crux that I put GRX DI2 2X. 48/31 up front 11/34 cassette.
I have a 100 mile Grand Fondo in April. I originally wanted to just put a 50 up front but soon realized that GRX does not go to 50.
I then thought maybe I will put a Ultegra 50/34 crank on the front but then realized I need to change out the front derailleur to Ultegra also as the GRX front won’t work with the 50/34.
Now I’m thinking of running a 11/30 or 11/32 cassette to give me a little more in the middle gears.
What do you think is my best options for trying to be competitive in this road race and not having to make big changes.
I am thinking cassette change will help.
Decent shape but with the current gearing I am really having to put extra effort to stay with the group.
Changed to 30mm road wheels on my Roval Terra CL wheels. That definitely help. But looking to improve my gearing

The Viture Pro is great for walking. Light jogging you can still get away with, but it becomes a little tougher to really pay attention to a movie or tv show while jogging, because the screen gets a little shakey.
Can any of you creative people think of any idea of how to make the Viture Pro more amenable to jogging? Some way to really fasten the glasses to your head perhaps?
