I'm so stressed all the time. I suspect I have ADHD I've been diagnosed with autism. But I just get so scared that I don't know what I want to do but I can't figure that out whilst I'm so stressed about it. And I can't seem to keep my mind focussed enough to figure any of it out, my thoughts just get away from me and come and go so quickly idek what I'm thinking anymore. Idk if I'm not thinking anything in particular or if I just can't keep track of the thoughts or what. Idk atm I'm living a very meaningless lifestyle because I'm struggling to get things done or know what to do to fill my days. I can only really do one thing for an hour before I get bored of it and as for looking for work I have 0 idea what to look for, I just have no compass inside me on what direction I should be moving if that makes sense, people ask me what I would like to do for a living. I say I dont know and then they ask what I enjoy. Now 3 months ago I was obsessed with getting every borderlands character to the level cap, now I'm obsessed with painting Warhammer. My interests change so much and sometimes I go through long periods of just nothing scratching that itch. My future just feels like an impenetrable fog, there's no room for anything. Sorry to rant, just got was wondering if anyone can relate and how they cope with it.

I feel lumpy bumpy after loosing weight
I am 24 . Last year I gained some weight and I weighed around 65 kgs . Then I did some rest and found out that I was deficient in b 12.
I took medicines then and with in a week I lost that extra fat and now I am 57kgs but after that rapid weight loss I feel lumpy bumpy all over my body . Is it normal . I mean this was scaring me.
Is there anyone else who's feeling the same . If yes then do tell me if it went away for you and how long it would take?

Heyyo! I'm desperately trying to get top surgery this summer.
I'm a college student, so my schedule can be a bit ~inflexible~ at times. Ideally, I would like to have my consultation over spring break (in mid-late march) when I wouldn't have to worry about classes.
I currently do not have my WPATH letter yet, although my therapist, who will be writing the letter, will have it don't here in a few weeks.
My worry is that I'm cutting things too close time-wise, and I won't be able to get in during spring break. It's not the biggest deal if I can't get in then, but, like I mentioned, it would be very ideal.
The question is, do yall think I can schedule my consult now without my letter and hope that my surgeon asks for it after I've gotten the letter, or should I wait until I have the letter to schedule the consult?
(My particular surgeon requires the letter for the consult, I'm not sure if all surgeons have that requirement)
