I don’t know what I am hoping from posting this maybe advice or if anyone has similar experiences. I have been seeing my therapist for several years. She is the first person to ever really help me and I trusted her so much right away and trust her even more through the years. She knows me really well and has always shown up for me. She is very professional, intelligent, kind, warm. Basically all the good characteristics. I am not an easy client, I have had some pretty severe issues and she’s the only person who hasn’t given up on me before and I’m doing way better now than when I started. The past year I’ve been doing the best I’ve done since working with her and just in general even longer, I am the most stable I’ve been, but still a bit up and down. She’s never gotten mad at me before or anything I’ve been stressful and frustrating but she never lost patience with me even when she was frustrated, until this past 6 or so month. On multiple occasions she’s gotten visibly irritable and snappy with me. It’s not out of no where, like I am doing things like making poor choices or putting my decisions on her in a way. But she never snapped at me or anything until this past 6 or so months, on two instances she was fed ups and said really harsh things but apologized later. But multiple occasions like every few weeks it feels like she just get snappy and irritable with me and I am going from years of always being exciting to have my meeting with her to now I feel tired when I think about going. She’s the only person that ever been consistent with me for years and she’s the safest person I’ve had in my life but the on and off being herself and being irritable every few weeks it’s starting to stress me out and I don’t know, maybe I should take a break from meeting with her for a few months? We just had a month break over the Christmas season but I am started to dread going which is totally new for me. I am not willing to not work with her at all so I think a break is my most reasonable option? I am also worried she is getting tired of meeting with me, she always tells me she’s not leaving and I don’t have to worry about that and I believe her but I feel like she is getting tired of me and it feels like this is the starting of a therapeutic breakdown and that at some point she’s just terminate me and i think maybe a break would help prevent that too.
Sorry this is poorly written, there is a lot in the situation that I can clearly write out or explain and it’s leaving this kind of a mess but hopefully some people here will understand.

I know that there have been a couple ppl who have gone back to school to get into the field they wanted. I did aerospace eng at the University of Colorado but I'm stuck in quality engineering role at some large company, so obviously not happy and trying to find a mechanical/structures role.
I've been contemplating about going back to grad school but not exactly sure how that will pan out. I have a job as a Level 2 that gives me good security, but its not the field I want. Anyone been in something similar and went back to school for this reason?

Hello,
I am a 23 year old male medical student, 255 pounds and I’m 6’5. I do not drink or smoke, and I have no formal asthma diagnosis.
I am on ozempic right now, and have lost some weight with it.
I am writing this to get some outsider insight into what could be going on with me and my breathing. Basically after an intense workout (usually basketball) I find that it is more difficult to breath. My cardio is awful and I get tired extremely quickly during basketball, and after words my lungs feel inflamed and it feels like my airways are smaller. When I exhale forcefully there is a wheeze (I am aware this is normal) and sometimes rales after a workout. It’s pretty scary but I’ll hit an inhaler and relax for a while and it goes away. My eyes also get pretty inflamed during basketball too.
I am very uncomfortable by this sensation and I don’t really get lightheaded or anything during it but it is scary.
This has not really been an issue in previous years, and I want to escape this sensation.
I am wondering if this is a normal reaction? During other workouts where I’m not running (like lifting weights) it doesn’t seem to be nearly as bad.
Any insight would be welcome.

I've been with her for almost 1 year now known her for almost 2 years she's a family friend of mine and I'm not sure what I've gotten myself into while both our families know that it's not set in gold that we need to get married it's more like they think it's gonna happen
Currently in an LDR and I've noticed she doesn't really treat me well (M26) and I'm not sure why I'm doing this. She seems to care about intimate conversations but I have been explaining it to her that I believe we need to talk about daily work and other things and then move into it instead of just talking intimate stuff (not necessarily sexual more like deep conversations)
Today while on a call with me she was with her friends and I was ranting about how my friends roommates are really bad and she needed my help to move halfway through my story she stops me and says "my name I don't really think I care about it" which I'm fine by but it was just the way she said it in a very rude and demeaning manner I lost my shit still trying to keep my cool (she said I get mad really fast) I said she has no right to treat me like shit and hung up she ended up calling me back and apologized (said sorry) and explained that she didn't mean it like that and the person sitting next to her also said she shouldn't have said that. Now in this idk what do I even do I really need to know am I being treated like shit or is this normal ? Help

Been with her for almost a year (known her for two), and our families assume marriage is the endgame, though it’s not set in stone. Currently in an LDR, and she doesn’t treat me well. She prioritizes deep/intimate talks, but I think we should also discuss everyday life. Today, while I was venting about a friend’s bad roommates, she rudely said she didn’t care, which really upset me. I called her out, hung up, and she later apologized. Now I’m questioning if I’m being mistreated or if this is just normal behavior. Need advice.

Posting this just to pass the good vibe and share a bit of my journey.
First of all, it's painful. If you see my other posts you'll see how miserable and helpless and anxious I was during the study. It's been a year since I decided to do this and started to take cc classes to get the acct credits, meanwhile also studying as a full-time at USC, meanwhile doing a PT internship, meanwhile a being TA.
Then grind the summer out to study and sat all of the exams only to receive my score in 2025 Jan. I sacrifised a year of my 20s to get this certificate without even sure about whether it will help me get a job. Tell me less about pressure!!
But they say success is only granted to those who don't give up until they win, and to those who risk it all. Fellas, we all know this is gonna be a tough journey, the only thing that divides people into failure and success is persistence!
If you can sit there studying 8 hours a day for 4 months, you will pass!!
No amount of tips can override "doing the thing", only doing the thing is doing the thing.
I'm so happy that I passed and never have to see Peter's face. Goodbye Becker!
