How can I grill / cook these completely with no pink, while keeping them yummy? I was given about 1kg of tuna cuts, the tuna was caught fresh yesterday. I prettied up the cuts and put the off cuts into the freezer for pasta and sashimi. I have ended up with about 12 tuna cuts that look basically the same as the pictures attached. I have never ever cooked tuna. Cooked plenty of Salmon and steak. I imagine tuna is like a fragile steak. I want to pan sear, keeping the insides rare just like I would a scotch fillet. the issue lies with my parents, they don't want to see even a little bit of colour inside the tuna. For my parents I want to charcoal grill or use the propane Webber Q to cook theirs so its cooked evenly and completely. Tltr; after having a panic attack iduced by weed, I've had a ton of anxiety since. It's lightened up a lot and I broke the anxiety cycle. But now I'm getting light staticky visual hallucinations looking at darker contrasts when I get tired, and they intensify the more tired I get.
Hello, so this kinda goes back to the day after Christmas when I bought some weed from a friend who got it from his uncle. It looked like homegrown or outdoor grown. Wnd had nice buds and terpenes and all. And that night I mixed it 50/50 with mac 1 and only did like a gram. And I had a panic attack, still trying to confirm exactly how it induced the attack. But I had shakes and whatnot, and visual hallucinations. Kinda like the lighted hallucinations you can get while on shrooms. I was seeing colorless, still, structure while looking at darker contrasts. Like shapes and patterns. I legit thought it was laced with lsd or something. But since I've had a lot of anxiety and just now getting out of the anxiety cycle. But now, when I get tired and the more tired it get, I see very light almost visual snow hallucinations while looking at darker contrasts. What could this be?

I (39F) married my husband (45M) 4 years ago. I have 3 kids (17F, 14M & 11M) and he has 2 (16F & 24F). My daughter who’s a senior asked me if she could have 3 friends over for a Galentines little party at our house. I asked my husband but he was not thrilled with the idea. My daughter rarely has friends over but when she does, she kinda takes over the kitchen cause her and her friends love to bake when they hang out. Sometimes she would leave the kitchen a bit messy so my husband doesn’t like when she does this. Mind you, I either make her clean it the next day or I do it myself. My daughter was accepted to a different college than her BFFs so I allowed her to do this since it would likely be the last time they get to do this in a while. My husband is making a big stink about it and loudly complaining about the girls being in the house. I also want to add that his kid has friends over way more than my kids but since they are always in her room he doesn’t care. I don’t either, I rather my kids are home with their friends than elsewhere. Well he’s here loudly complaining about the girls making flower bouquets and giggling and laughing in the kitchen. Saying it’s HIS house and just being nasty. The girls are literally not doing anything extra, he just doesn’t like my daughter. For context, I get paid 30K more than my husband and he manages our finances, while we both get the same amount of “allowance” for personal expenses. So this means that I’m putting way more than him in the family bucket (which is fine) and while this has nothing to do with anything, it is important because I feel like I should be able to have my kids enjoy the home I’m also paying for and then some. Am I in the wrong?
