I'm 5'1 and about 154 pounds ( TDEE - 2195 ) I'm starting uni this September and looking to lose 40-45 pounds before that. For background, I've always been really really insecure about my weight and how I look, which affected my ability to make friends and socialize. I don't want the same thing happening to me in university, I would love to have a more social life and not have to worry about my looks.
Now getting on to the point of this post, I'm fairly new to weight loss and fitness. I've calculated my TDEE and I've started going to the gym 4-5 times a week ( I just walk on an incline of 15 for 30 minutes as of now. ) I'd really appreciate inputs on how to achieve my goal ( exercise/ nutrition/ calorie intake/ daily habits etc etc )

Hi guys, Been a long time Since i posted Here But i went to a party today And I drank WAY more than i should have (doesn't happen often now maybe every 2 months if that) And There was lots of sugar in the drinks. My last drink was at 9pm so I'm sober now, But my Hangover Has started to kick in (2am) and I feel So rotten. My stomach is churning.

Toxic work environment esp hr: adamant favoritism, tatawag sa tao sa site kung ano ginagawa ng engineer, at direct niyang sinasabi na magbigay ka pameryenda sa kaniya para maging maluwag siya sayo. Maganda ang work exp, umaabot ng 45k average monthly sahod due to abot-abot ng supplier at subcon. Pero toxic talaga. What advice can you give? Plan lumipat sa corporate work as civil engineer at mon-friday lang, kahit may cut sa compensation. Actually i just realized mababa pal compensation dito, kaya lang nagiging malaki dahil sa mga abot. I’ve been dealing with problems involving my reproductive organs since 2023. I’m having huge amounts of discharge like oozing out and it’s an off white thick consistency with an acidic yeasty smell and along side with pelvic pain and pain in the inner corners of my groin literally everyday. Sometimes I feel like a dull pain in my groin too. It all started with douching, which turned into a YI then I went to the gym while trying to fix it and I went into the jacuzzi steam room AND sauna not thinking it’d do anything at all. Then it turned into BV and that’s when I started having pelvic pain literally everyday. The BV I tried to cure with metronidazole pills and it was working but I was really fucking stupid and fucked up on my last pill and masturbated and it came back 30 minutes later. Now it feels like my uterus and cervix is being stabbed with an inner itch that comes and goes. It feels like a balloon swelling every now and then and I can sometimes feel the pressure when I pass a bowel movement. I feel very hopeless and I’m wondering if ANYONE has ever experienced this. Cuase I’ve been called delusional by my doctors. They think I’m hysterical.

- Are you open to refurbs/used? no.
- How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life? Hoping for a laptop thatcan handle ~8 hours of usage without being charged if needed. No specific preference to build quality except i hope it can last a long time lol. No preference in form.
- How important is weight and thinness to you? If the laptop ends up being heavy and a bit thich, I guess it's something I can overlook if the quality is really great and would last me several years.
- Do you have a preferred screen size? N/A
- Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? Python / Matlab (entering neuroscience so these are the most likely softwares I'll be using), Miscrosoft Office, heavy browsing, and occasional gaming
