Hello,
I just re-started gym this past week. I'm skinny fat (5'11", 71kg). I can invest 1 hour every day for 5 days a week. My aim is to first improve my overall fitness and stamina and end goal is to be lean with low body fat.
I have started with 20 mins cardio (I will continue with this for foreseeable future):
10 mins on treadmill 5 mins on cycle 5 mins on elliptical climber
For the rest of the time I do combination of the following (one combination a day 6 diff exercises 3 sets each)-
Biceps & Shoulders Triceps & Back Chest & Legs
I need inputs on if my combinations are okay or if I should change this?

I may be moving from DFW to Tally for my first job after grad school! 24/F w/ lupus, epilepsy, and a few other health conditions. One of my biggest concerns with moving is finding new doctors. Can anyone recommend a good rheumatologist, neurologist, and/or PCP in the area. (or any you do not recommend). I also get monthly infusions for lupus so if anyone has a rec for an infusion center that would also be helpful.
Also would love to hear opinions on living in Tally as I’ve only ever lived in TX. What neighborhoods do you recommend? I can’t/don’t drink or go out in the sun due to my lupus but I still want to be able to have fun and make friends somehow lol.

I was able to sew the small hole together and I tried to clean the place she chewed with a damp paper towel but it’s still isn’t fluffy like it was before. Eeyore is a warmie, and I’ll include a screenshot of the general care guide as well as a picture of the spot she chewed. Hello all. A little bit of context, my ex and I are recently separated and they are transitioning from male to female. I’m very supportive and happy for them to do that. We do have a baby on the way that happened after our separation (we struggled with infertility for years). I have been looking online and everywhere for multiple kids books that show representation of trans parents or a trans parent and I’m not seeing any. I teach elementary and have tons of books like love makes a family, but as a person who is having a baby that will have a trans parent, I’m extremely upset by the lack of representation. My ex doesn’t know much about kids or how to gain their interest, but as a teacher it’s what I do all the time. I wanted to know if it would be okay to make a book (no names and just revolving around the love of a trans parent) and it being maybe as the point of view of the child. With the help of my ex, and anyone else who would want to help that is trans (bonus points if trans parent). Would it be wrong? I just feel like so many people in the community want it, but then don’t work on it? I want my child to see that representation just as they see other families. Thanks in advance.

My most recent ex broke up with me last July after two years together. I spent months trying to reach out, and he eventually came back in December, saying he wanted to move in together again. But in January, he completely ghosted me and even changed his number. His birthday is next week, and I can’t even text him to say happy birthday.
Coincidentally, my ex from four years ago just asked me out on the same day, hinting at a “remember.” Part of me wants to go, either out of revenge or just for human contact, but another part feels like I’d be “betraying” my recent ex… which doesn’t even make sense, since he disappeared.
My friends think that if I sleep with my older ex, I’ll end up catching feelings again. And honestly, these two are the only ones who have ever truly gotten to me. What would you do in my place?
