I had two c-sections, the first one was an emergency and healing wasn't bad. The second one we were advised it wouldn't be a good idea to try for a VBAC so I planned the second and the pain was horrible during healing. When I found out I had to have a hysterectomy I was afraid the pain would be bad, which turned out to be true for a few days. I found it hard to manage the pain but about 4 dpo it wasn't so bad. About 8dpo I started getting some cramping pain kind of around the old c-section scar. I know it's not the scar causing pain, it feels deeper and is a pretty good level of pain. I won't see my dr for a checkup until another 12 days. Anyone else have bad cramping or know if this is normal?

Recipe: Sauté an onion, four cloves crushed garlic, diced mushrooms. Add 4 tbsp butter, pinch of salt, pinch of white pepper. Add flour to make a roux, then one can of evaporated milk, some chicken broth, and a splash of cream. Season with pinch of nutmeg and cayenne. Whisk in Boursin garlic & herb cheese, and a small handful of Parmesan. Add to green beans (frozen or canned), half a container of fried onions. Stir, transfer to casserole dish, top with rest of fried onions and pinch of black pepper and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Hi guys! Lisa was my first main in genshin and recently I've returned back to her and am looking to make her work. I'm currently running her with Nahida(c1), Baizhu and Fischl, and she has lost prayer to the sacred winds. She has around 70cr and 175cd and 188 EM. I thought her stats were pretty good but when I tested her out in abyss she felt a little bit lackluster. Not sure if I'm playing her wrong or if her team isn't as viable as it used to be. Would love input as to how to optimise her party, I've also heard that electro charge may be better on her? Thanks <3

So I have an unfortunate track record of getting into relationships with pwBPD. I had a relationship that lasted 3 years that was tremendously difficult and in the end was diagnosed BPD. I thought I had healed from that, but the next relationship was 2.5 years was also with someone who was undiagnosed BPD (her therapist refused to diagnose BPD and instead labeled it as PTSD) and it was by far the most traumatic relationship I have ever been in.
The last time we tried to make it work it ended in her physically assaulting me. I promised myself I would never see her again. But here I am, a few months later missing her every single day. Meanwhile, I know she’s in a new relationship. I haven’t been able to move on because I’ve been focusing on therapy and healing, and it hurts so much that I adored her with every cell in my body but she hurt me so bad during the relationship. And now she’s off to the next while I’m still picking up the pieces.
I’m in therapy and consistently working on letting go and moving on. Does anybody have any books on healing from a BPD relationship and/or preventing getting into another relationship with pwBPD? I still believe I can find a healthy relationship but I’m so scared to get into another one bc my experience has warped what that even looks like.

I’ve spent the last two weeks sending emails to over 50 recruiters and schools for positions advertised for March 2025. I interviewed with one recruiter who didn’t get back to me. I got two emails back from two companies saying they would let me know should they have anything available. Should I be worried that I haven’t heard any solid or promising feedback from anyone? Am I rushing the process? How does it work? Does anyone know of a reliable recruiter that I can be in direct contact with?
