I am 24w and a FTM, and I am getting really worried about nausea and vomiting during labor and delivery. I have Emetophobia and honestly feel more scared about getting sick than I do about having the actual baby. Is there anything that can be done during labor to help potential nausea?

Hello everyone. This is my first time posting in this sub. I am no stranger to panic disorder. I know I wasn’t “cured” but I haven’t had a panic attack in years and I’ve had two in the past three days. I am not really sure what I’m asking honestly, I am just seeking support from folks who understand what it feels like.
I get this intense impending doom feeling and I just burst out crying. I have also been nauseous and have had hot flashes. I was able to learn coping techniques through therapy and my own academic background in psychology but nothing feels like it is helping right now.
For context, I am 28 years old with bipolar 2 disorder w/ psychotic features. While I have struggled with this, like I said, I have not had full fledged panic attacks for years. I am currently not taking medication due to crappy insurance but I was prescribed (for my bipolar disorder) Lamotrigine, Prozac, and Abilify.
Essentially, what I think I am asking is if your panic attacks have evolved over the years? Thank you to anyone out there reading this.

Seriously, I completed my first play through as a Warrior and now on my second playing a mage. Yet, all the enemies are chasing after me. It's like a dodge simulator. It doesn't help that all recruits at the start of the game are mages & rogues.
With my warrior it was okay because it's where you want to be, wearing heavy armour and taking big hits but wearing a bit of cloth and taking hits does big chunks of damage.
Am I doing something wrong?
