I have about 300 feet of fence that is constantly overgrown with ivy. The problem is there is a wooded area (not my property) that is completely taken over by it. It's mainly English ivy, but various other types as well. Is there a way to absolutely nuke my fence line so ivy will not grow once it crosses that line? I've tried 30% vinegar & cutting the ivy at it's roots. I'm strongly considering salting the ever loving crap out of my fence line to kill the soil, but I'm not sure if that would even work with an ivy infestation this dramatic. The only thing I haven't tried are chemicals, because I've read conflicting data that it can hurt wildlife.
Any suggestions or insight from someone smarter than me is MUCH appreciated.

I’ve been wanting this game for months but only had console, now that it’s on console and it was on sale I had to pick it up and holy shit! I’m having an existential crisis while playing this mf. My take is that after traveling to the east with saruman, the wizards were ambushed by legions of Orcs, goblins, etc. Saruman used his staff to blind everyone including the two blue wizards. When their sight returned Saruman was nowhere to be found. They remained and fought valiantly but ultimately were defeated and retreated with both going their separate ways. One of them lost everything including his staff. He hated how saruman would bark orders and volunteer him to do stuff and the thought of returning to his order made him sick. Instead, he decided to assume a different identity and live life as a normal man. He built the village of Bree and took to eating carrots and drinking beer. That's as good a back story as any.

My baby was born at 32 weeks with no major complications. Currently, he is monitored for weight gain but he is following his growth curve steadily without any issue. Currently, he is almost 4 months old (actual age) and 2 months (corrected age).
When do we start feeding solids for a preemie? Do we follow his actual or corrected age for that?
Just to let you know, he is not so keen to drink a lot of milk but on an average he takes 27-28 oz a day. He sleeps for 8 hours during the night.

Hi everyone! Please no judgement—This may be a silly question but I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with this. My husband has decided to make an outdoor rink in our backyard so that our daughter can practice ringette. He said he’s done this before as a kid and teen.
Over the last few days he’s gone outside to add water to the area and the rink is seeing great progress. However, this afternoon he went out to add more water and when he turned on the faucet it was a bit frozen. Okay sure it’s cold out, he’s never experienced that before but water freezes so that’s that.
Later, I was draining the kitchen sink that was full of water and the pipes under the sink started leaking. Did he freeze the pipes and cause damage to the pipes inside our home? We do live in an older house (70’s bungalow). The outdoor faucet is on the exterior wall of our kitchen sink, albeit about 10ft off to the side.
Just wondering if running outdoor water is safe in this weather and if the running water could be the cause of my leaky sink? It seems too suspicious to be a coincidence.

Hi guys, so I just realised recently when I sleep around 5 hours I can wake up easily and go to the gym. However when I sleep more than 7 hours I go to work late and I miss my morning workout. I am really confused tbh I thought I need my 7 hours of sleep but I didn't. Did someone experience this before? I would like everyone's opinion. Thanks.
