J'ai 25 ans, je suis donc relativement jeune et actuellement en rééducation pour traiter des soucis aux genoux. Problème : en attendant j'ai toujours très mal et ça rend la marche/la position debout statique très douloureuse.
J'en ai pour au moins 6 mois de rééducation minimum avant d'avoir des résultats, je bosse dans l'accueil et je suis, la plupart du temps, debout.
Ma copine m'a récemment offert une canne de marche pour me soulager un peu (les genouillères sont peu recommandées en raison de l'effet contre productif avec le renforcement musculaire que je fais chez le kiné) mais celle-ci n'est pas prescrite par un médecin.
Est-ce que je peux quand même venir au travail avec, est-ce qu'on va me prendre la tête avec ?

2024.11.25 10:53 HabuORiley MacOS Time Machine does not recognize its own sparsbundle on Synology NAS and starts a new one
Hi everyone, I have a regularly updated backup created with Time Machine on a Synology DS 923+ NAS connected via local network, which has worked perfectly for over a year. Suddenly, for the past few days, Time Machine seems to no longer recognize the sparsebundle file and is creating a new one, effectively starting a new backup from scratch in the same location.
Just to clarify, if the previous backup was named MyMac.sparsebundle, Time Machine is now creating a new one called MyMac-1.sparsebundle exactly in the same location.
I tried manually mounting the previous MyMac.sparsebundle as if it were an external drive, and it appears to have no issues. A disk utility check came back positive, and if I access the sparsebundle through Finder, I can see all the files and folders inside and even manually restore files from the backup. Despite this, Time Machine refuses to reconnect to it and starts the new backup instead.
Any suggestions? I’m using an MBP M3 Pro 2013 with Sequoia 15.1. Could the issue be related to the latest Sequoia update released a few days ago?

Hi not sure if this is the rught flair but seemed to fit the best.
But I purchased a WDSN850x 1TB m2 NVMe as an upgrade to my 1TB Transcend M.2 110Q NVMe, i transferred everything over using disk genius and everything transfered fine with no issues. I am currently playing alan wake 2 and I've noticed that since soing the transfer my gpu usage has dropped from high 90s to 60-70% usage abd the fps has been rock solid at 60.
I am currently running a asus rtx 4070 With a ryzen 5 7600x with 32gb of ram.
I previously had the game set to balanced renser res and was getting 90% plus gpu usage with some small dips in frame from 60. I have ray traxing etc all enabled and alk graphical settings at max. I use dlss ray reconstruction ans riect light with medium oreset and transparency set to low.
I was expecting loading times to get betrer as my new ssd is a lot better than my old one but I wasnt expecting any bump in gpu performance.
Is this normal or to be expected? The only other thing I did was gice the gpu a dusting when I was removing to install the ssd but it wasnt overally dusting just a small layer same with the rest of the case.
Not complaining at all! Ive changed the render up to quality and its using about 72% on avergae gpu, tries dlaa and it tanks it a bit but yeah not sure how its suddenly got this much more juice from and ssd upgrade if anyone could enlighten me a bit I would be grateful. Just purely for my own knowledge!

Hello! Just to give you context, I attended the Latin mass here in my diocese and I talked to the servers that were there just this Solemnity of Christ the King. I told them whether or not I could learn the Latin mass, and they said yes! Even offering me the opportunity to serve there. Consequently, said Servant-Leader of my ministry has already served there in the chapel that celebrates the Latin mass, along with the other officers of our ministry. But in the ministry that I am currently serving in, we cannot serve at parishes or chapels without the prior knowledge of the Servant-Leader (equivalent of a president in an organization). So I told my Servant-Leader, if I can learn and serve in the Latin mass. He told me that the orientation of Novus Ordo and the Latin mass are different, and he doesn't want us to fall into the spiral that he did (don't know what he meant), and he just wanted our well-being. I told him that I wanted to be knowledgeable in the liturgy, both Novus Ordo and TLM. Just to sidetrack for a bit, I have longed for any mentors to teach me what they knew about the liturgy, both theological and practical (serving during mass, becoming a Masters of Ceremonies). From the start of my journey to learning the liturgy until now, I only had ONE person that taught me the ropes. He is an acolyte, to be ordained a deacon this December, and from the goodness of his heart, he taught me the parts of the Roman Missal (ad populum), and gave me a kind of "blueprint" to becoming a good Masters of Ceremonies. He told me to memorize the parts of the mass well, especially where to find in the Missal the different collects, prefaces, solemnities, et cetera. Though over time, I had to seek out learning the liturgy for myself: going to pontifical masses, reading different books, and now attending TLM. The reason I want to learn the liturgy and to become a Masters of Ceremonies is because if Pope John Paul II says that the mass is "Heaven on Earth", I want to do my part in organizing it, making sure it is as solemn as it can be, because at the end of the day, I want to say to myself that I did my best in making sure that I did my job as a server well. The officers in my ministry now are the ones that are only allowed to become MCs. The qualification right now is that they should have done well in their aspirancy stage (during altar server training), and has tenure. An organization in the Catholic university that I'm in, finally gave me a sliver of light in where I could finally learn and to become a proper Masters of Ceremonies in mass, this organization is a Catholic org that handles masses and catechetical duties here in our uni. At the end of the second term next year, some executive board members have recommended me to run for a position in the executive board which finally allows me to practice what I have learned these past few years and months. Subsequently, my Servant-Leader was also president of that org, so I have to somewhat prove I am competent like him. But the problem is, I still don't have someone to teach me the ropes about becoming a proper Masters of Ceremonies and proper liturgy training. Out of the 80 members that we have in our ministry, only 5-8 are allowed to become MC to the priest/bishop. And when opening conversations about the possibility of becoming an MC, the officers diffuse the conversation quickly, and they have a succession plan where after they are done serving, they also have a list of servers that are next in line. So now you see my point in where I have to do this all by myself, where the officers already had training from the deceased MC of the diocese (may his soul rest in peace) at such a young age. So I am at a disadvantage here because they learned all these things at such a young age with ease, while I have to search different forums, articles, and even buy books just to gain the knowledge they have gained. Back to the TLM situation, he told me that we should talk at the end of this month, and gave me three questions to reflect upon:
- Are these goals S.M.A.R.T.? (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound)
- Why do you have these goals?
- To whom do you dedicate these goals to?

May isang beses na sumakit nang sobra puson ko dinala na ako sa ospital. Negative sa pregnancy test, of couse. Ang ending, UTI daw? After ~6 years, saka ko lang nalaman na may PCOS ako. Ibig sabihin ba, yung sakit ng puson ko noon, signs na yun? Kung oo, bakit hindi sya naconsider noon nung kung sino man yung nagcheck sakin. Hindi pa ba ganun ka-well known ang PCOS nun?
