Got roasted the last time I made a post on here but Iāll try again. Been almost a year since my last gallbladder attack. At first I was convinced it was stones or sludge, started taking supplements like chance piedra, milk thistle, dandelion root, tudca, artichoke extract and more. Changed my diet although I was already eating pretty healthy, cut out pork and gluten. Pain was gone but I was still away of some pressure and digestive discomfort, also had the occasional light colored stool but no pain.
Then a couple months ago I was listening to someone talk about intermittent fasting as a way to reduce inflammation in the gut and gallbladder specifically. When the gallbladder becomes inflamed the bile ducts narrow inhibiting the flow of bile. Although I was and am in great shape, I was eating 5 meals per day and pretty much started eating as soon as I woke up. I now have a 10 hour eating window, my last meal is finished by 7pm and I eat breakfast at 9am. I no longer take supplements specifically for my gallbladder other than milk thistle because I have so much kicking around and continue to eat my unrestricted meals on the weekends. I recently went to Japan for two weeks and ate whatever I came across with zero gallbladder pain or discomfort. Also my skin is almost perfectly clear.
Take from this what you will but I believe my problem was never stones or sludge, it was an inflamed gallbladder.

I think the reason I feel this way is because take Maths for eg: The very basics of mathematics is just addition and everything builds up from there. This way even if you think a concept is hard, you have a lower level understanding of some other thing that you can derive the thing you find hard from. For eg: To derive any rule in differenciation, just use the definition and limits. You really cannot do that using chemistry since its probably something related to Quantum Mechanics and stuff. It really grinds my gears when I see someone bragging about their marks in chem like congrats dude you had more time to memorize. Tell me how you know NaOH does one thing in alkali and another in acid.

so I bought an 2020 Audi approved A4 in the uk and the car after 4000 miles is already requiring new front brake pads, discs and tyres. Is this acceptable or should I take the car back to the garage as the car was not cheap.

I got through to the interview stage at a Tier 1. The job is a dream, pedagogically, school values, location. The process has been: application, video lesson, and now interview.
Iām an EAL teacher- I moved from TEFL to EAL. My current school is my first international school. Prior to, I worked at language schools/BC. I got my current job through a cold-email. The interview was not what I would call an interview. Coming from the British Council, which is rigid, I walked away thinking āwell that was wildā. My current job is wild but has given me so much opportunity for self-led growth. Iām exhausted though, and want to grow with like minded colleagues and a well resourced school.
My question is: do Tier 1s ask questions which require STAR responses? Any typical questions to prepare for? Eg pedagogical knowledge, content knowledge, classroom Mx, safeguarding, SEND? Behaviors eg: team work, challenges etc? I feel rusty.

Iām (26F) and heās (30M) he refuses to work, itās kinda annoying me and he says Iām not really being rational. It makes no sense. I work from home doing website edits, our mortgage is about 1,200 and with bills and everything each month itās about 1,500, I canāt pay this with just my income.
Now I know youāre wondering how do we survive because we have a 16m old and he has a 6 year old from a previous relationship, heās on child support too.
He basically got a bit of money because his uncle left it for him after he passed away, to my understanding it was around 40k but for about since my son was born heās been living off the money and constantly asking his parents for money (which they give it to him no matter the amount) his parents give him everything heās super spoiled, heās basically the favorite child.
Iām just kinda sick of him bumming here and not doing anything, whatās even more crazy is he has a CDL&Hazmat certification, he can work for so many trucking companies here, my dad has a trucking company but he says he doesnāt want to work for him because heās afraid my dad would think less of him for not already having a job (thatās a excuse too) but whatever. Heās been inconsistent with work since after our first year of dating in 2021, but his parents even told me heās been inconsistent with work since 2018 though.
side note: I also have a theory heās trying to ābreak cyclesā because apparently his dad worked a lot when he was younger, like he has this thing about coming to all his kids school events and always being there for emergencies but I explained to him if heās not financially stable he wouldnāt be able to get his children everything they need to be successful and happy. Itās like itās not clicking, Iām just posting this to get a second opinion because anytime I bring up him not working he thinks Iām angry with him or being an asshole, AITAH?
