I purchased a bed from Mahim Furniture, Niti Khand 1, Indirapuram, and paid an advance of ₹5000.
It's been 10 days now, and the bed has not been delivered. I’ve been calling them repeatedly, but every time, they come up with some excuse and delay it to the next day.
It’s not about the money, but what’s made me post here is the fact that I feel completely useless. I couldn’t do anything when this guy spoke to my father very disrespectfully. I feel helpless and can’t stop crying.

I know therapists and happy people claim that you need to love yourself and accept yourself and that’s all you need, other people’s opinions don’t matter, etc. But how can someone find any contentment in themselves if they can’t make other people happy? I don’t think I’m a bad person, I try to be honest and good to people and animals, I live by the golden rule. I find myself always feeling like everyone is sick of me and wants nothing to do with me. I certainly don’t make myself happy, I am my own worst critic. I try really hard to self analyze and better myself and my reactions and responses so I can be easy for people to deal with. But I’m too loud, too excited, too reactive, too much in general I’ve been told. How can people be happy when they seem to be insufferable to others despite their best efforts?

A LOT of railroad crossings have been eliminated in China now. I know this is a good thing, considering that it is basically eliminating safety hazards, but butt ton of my memories are just straight up lost. There is once a big crossing in my hometown, but that crossing and a lot of other crossings are being replaced by underpasses in 2019. ( These crossings are built in like the 1950s.)

Repondi um comentário aqui nessa comunidade de alguém que queria conhecer os meus problemas que incluíam desvio de caráter(e autodestruição também, mas isso não importa) e têm fortíssima influência da genética, mas tento melhorar até hoje. O que me deixou feliz e deu a ideia desse post foi o fato de a pessoa ter respondido meu comentário dizendo que não tenho culpa de ter nascido assim e desejou que eu aprenda a lidar com os distúrbios.
O questionamento é: uma pessoa com caráter amaldiçoado pela genética merece ou precisa de ajuda? E pessoas que passaram por traumas pesados que as tornaram pessoas ruins incluindo traumas na infância quando não se sabe como reagir e não tem capacidade de discernimento? Como podemos fazer essas pessoas mudarem? Se for psicoterapia o que acham que deve ser trabalhado e como deve ser trabalhado?

This question was asked before 11 years ago but didn't get a specific answer.
I'm asking specifically about household knights, landless ones, preferably in England and France during the High or Late Middle Ages.
My understanding is that, even if it was a warring year, they would usually serve during campaign season - 40 or 60 days of the year, usually around spring and summer - and then retire for the rest of the year.
What did they do then, besides training and hunting? Were they being sent on errands by their lords or something?
