Has anyone else noticed that the Dutch trunks (when merged) seem to give out a LOT more items now? It used to be 3-4 bubbles of mostly tulips and poplars and the occasional chest. Lately with every trunk I've bought it's a minimum of 4-6 chests. I'm not complaining about this at all, I just thought it was interesting. Does anyone know if the other trunks have been upgraded too? I haven't bought any other trunks lately so I don't know if they give out more things now as well, I guess I'll have to get some to see what happens!

Ik heb een week geleden iets best immoreels/egoïstisch gedaan maar ik vraag me af of ik wettelijk gezien in mijn recht sta.
Er was een kamer die ik van plan was om te gaan huren (had hem al bezichtigd, afspraken gemaakt en al). Alleen daarna was ik van gedachten veranderd omdat ik teveel twijfelde over o. a. de locatie (dingen waar ik van tevoren al vanaf wist). Toen heb ik het afgezegd en nu wil de huisbaas dat ik hem betaal voor het opstellen van de huurovereenkomst.
De situatie: - Ik heb per mail bevestigd dat ik de kamer zou gaan huren!! (En mijn gegevens doorgestuurd voor het opstellen van de huurovereenkomst) - Nog voordat ik het contract heb getekend heb ik afgezegd - De huurbaas wil dat ik hem €75, inclusief belasting is dat ongeveer €90, betaal voor het opstellen van de huurovereenkomst. Omdat hij er nu niet daadwerkelijk een huurder aan overhoud. - Ik heb ook via mail bevestigd dat ik deze factuur zou betalen maar alleen als het redelijk was.
Nu de vraag: - Staat deze man in het recht om mij dit geld te laten betalen? (En in welke artikelen kan ik het vinden bv) - Is €75/€90 een normaal bedrag voor het opstellen van zon overeenkomst/contract? - Mocht deze man niet in het recht staan mij dit te laten betalen, wat kan ik dan het beste doen? Hem negeren of een mail terugsturen etc.
Alvast SUPER BEDANKT voor het advies🫶🏻🫶🏻
