I ordered an engagement ring from Attagems around 9 days ago and still has not shipped, I ordered it as early as I possibly could so I have it by December 11th because of a trip planned with my s/o where I plan to pop the question. I'm just absolutely terrified it won't arrive on time. I have ordered from various sellers on Ali Express with items being shipped out in around 24-48 hours. Just wondering how long it took for their items to ship from anyone that has purchased from them. I did message them inquiring about the order but all they have said was it would be shipped out in 48 hours and that was around 4 days ago. I'm usually patient but terrified it will not arrive in time.

is it appropriate to create abc data 2 weeks after the incident? i just recalled that one of my students engaged in some new aggresive/pulling my clothes behavior but i never ABC'd it.
what system do you use for abc data? do you take it daily?
I have a 3 classroom caseload and deal with a lot of behaviors. some staff are great with keeping up with abc data, but most do not do it at all. since i am working directly with the bcba while getting fieldwork hours, i feel like i should push it more- but my supervisor doesn't say much about it so that makes me think maybe its not a big deal.

2024.11.25 15:30 kwheels2013 Rapid muscle growth - now maintain
Female, 49 years old, been on testosterone for about six months. Gained about 3 pounds of muscle in the last two months by hitting the gym six days a week in a split routine, utilizing a lot of failure, progressive, overload, and low set reps.
I feel it’s kind of getting out of hand with the muscle growth so quickly and I kind of feel out of control. I’m on very low microdose of testosterone. I would like to go into maintaining the muscle. I have but to stop the rapid muscle gain.
I’m already on a teeny teeny dose of testosterone, should I just increase my rep ranges and stop going to failure?
