Looking to see if anyone else has had a similar experience or knows of anyone who has gone through this...date of the 1st day of my last period is 10/19, took a digital test 11/21 was positive then took a pink line test right after-was negative, got my hcg levels drawn that same day-levels were 29, 48 hours went back to get hcg levels drawn & they dropped down to 25...I've spent the past 48 hours thinking i had a chemical pregnancy/early miscarriage. Today, my hcg levels increased to 59.
so I'm not sure what to think. I do not want to get my hopes up and I know that 59 is still really low for 5W2D pregnant. just really would like an answer if im pregnant or not so I can start the healing process asap. I've been way more emotional over this than I thought I would even though it's only been less than a week. It's really emotional whiplash :(

Samsung S9 fe, weird static screen I bought this tab less than a month ago, absolutely no heavy uses, no graphics heavy games, never travelled with it or used it around food or beverages. Mostly used it for note taking. Didn't use it over the weekend, and today I see this weird static thing covering the screen. That part of the screen is still responsive to touch and occasionally the static clears for a second. What can be the issue? Will the repair be covered by warranty?

Hi, I am trying to get back into working out and eating healthier due to gaining a lot of weight over the past year. I unfortunately got my dad’s butt, which is pretty flat from the side. I’ve heard that if you dont have the genetics it might not be possible, but I still want to try.
I know the stair climber and running is great for that. My question is what is optimal for the climber? A couple of years ago I’d do 40 minutes and have gone “2 miles” (guesstimating the distance). Will I even build it up if I’m trying to also actively lose weight? Are shorter faster periods better or are longer steadier ones like my old routine? I’ve always been a bit overwhelmed by all of the decisions surrounding working out and would appreciate some insight.

I am currently applying for a bank loan to buy my ex out of our jointly owned (outright) property. We bought the property with a private loan which has since been paid off, but have split up and I want to stay here and raise our child. Our zoning is rural residential and no structre on the property has been permitted by the county. Everything is stick built and of exceptional quality. The property appraised at 338k and I have a current homeowners insurance policy. Ive been working with a mortgage broker who tells me obtaining a bank loan wont be a problem, but Ive definitely heard otherwise. Can anyone help me here?

im working with mice around 30g each. in vitro treatments have found that doxorubicin treatment at 500nM works well for cancer cells seeded at 300k as my control group with my combo group showing a large difference. what dosage should i be using for my in vivo experiments? i know it should be in mg/kg but was wondering if i could somehow translate what would be the in vitro dosing to in vivo... when looking at literature, it appears that people use anywhere between 0.5-4mg/kg for repeats with some even using 8 or 12mg/kg if only doing one administration. I've tried 0.5 with no effect at all, mice handled it okay too but cancer unaffected.... pls help me
