Hi there! I (24F) had a friend (25F) who was getting married. She is my ex-fiance's (M28) sister and they had a bad relationship while her and I were friends - not because of anything that I did or caused. All of it was due to his own choosing. Him and I broke up about 3 years ago due to narcissism and abuse. I ended up moving away from all of them by about 12 hours, and he was the reason I moved. My friend, let's call her Tina, and her husband got engaged in August 2023. That is when they stated the wedding would be in August of 2025. She asked me to be the honorary maid-of-honor. I was very excited that I meant that much to her and started trying to help her with wedding planning. Sometime during the beginning of 2024 she told everyone that they changed the date to August of 2024. They do have some financial issues and I wanted to make sure that they would be okay financially with having the wedding this year. They reassured me it was going to be just fine. Her and I talked a few times over the time period about different wedding stuff and she informed me that my ex-fiance was going to be there. This made me very uncomfortable as I didn't want to put myself in such a vulnerable position to see him again. I thought about not going to the wedding because it made me so uncomfortable and I didn't want to risk hurting my emotional and mental health because I saw him. I called her sister, who is also my friend, who wasn't going to the wedding as well, I asked her how she handled telling her she couldn't go the wedding and was seeking advice on the situation. I eventually put my feelings aside and called Tina to let her know how I was feeling, why I wasn't talking to her for a couple of weeks, and that I had that conversation with her sister. She told me she expected it based on the situation. Fast-forward to a month before the wedding, Tina tells all of us bridesmaids that we are to wear sage green dresses and sent a few example photos. The dress that we chose was up to our picking and didn't give any specific places to get the dress, as long as it was above the knee and sage green. I live in a very small town with little to no places to go shopping for dresses of that kind. I was supposed to go to New York to visit my family the first week of August, but we had a family member pass away unexpectedly (one I was not close to, but my family was) so they all left to go to a funeral and we rescheduled my visit to 2 weeks before her wedding. Which was when Tina's bachlerotte party was supposed to be. Not all of the bridesmaids were able to go to her party as it was and I told her I wouldn't be able to go as I had to reschedule and rebook my trip to see my family. While I was in New York, I went dress shopping, constantly sending her pictures of different dresses I was finding and every single one had something wrong with it. It was either too dark, too light, too long, too short, etc. I ended up buying a couple of the dresses that I liked anyways that I could wear outside of the wedding and she sent me a link to a $30 dress and told me to buy that one. I went ahead and purchased it. Fast-forward a few days before the wedding, I was out of town for work by about 6 hours west of where I live. I got home the night before the wedding and the dress was delivered to my house while I on this work trip. I open and the package, and the dress was covered in black ink stains. I tried calling Tina, but she was already where she was getting married, the middle of the woods with no cell phone service. I brought a few dresses with me and the next morning I headed out bright and early to go to the wedding. Mind you, it is a 6 hour drive to the venue, as it is right between where her and I live. While I am on my way there, my car broke down and I had to wait for someone to come to me and get it fixed. Then I kept on my journey. I ended up getting to the wedding much later than I was expecting due to my car breaking down. I got to the wedding about 6 hours before it actually helped and I was helping set up. All of the bridesmaids and Tina had left to go get ready for the wedding at a place off site, which I had no clue where it was. I kept trying to call her and the other bridesmaids to see where they were and if I could meet up with them, but I was unable to reach any of them so I went straight to where the wedding was happening, as I was supposed to pick up a bridesmaid and go get ready with the rest of them. I set up the alter, chairs for people, we had to clear all of the debris that was in the way and set up tables for people to eat, stringing up lights, hanging decorative fabric - all of this was orchestrated by the groom. When the groom left to get ready, I pulled aside the one bridesmaid who was waiting for me to pick her up. I explained the situation and she was very sympathetic and understood where I was coming from, I showed her the different dress options I had, as she has seen the other dresses, and she helped me pick which dress to wear. She proceeded to show me her dress, which was SUPER light, and long, with patterns on it. I also asked one of the guests who I am friends with what she thought of the dress I was wearing and she agreed that it looked good and it would work. I got ready really quick and continued to finish helping set up. I ran into my ex-fiance and I didn't really acknowledge he was there, but he was helping set things up as well. Then, Tina and all of the other bridesmaids showed up. They were all happy and excited. I asked the bride how my dress was and she said it was perfect. I congratulated the bride and figured out what order everyone was walking down the aisle to, she stated "I want you close to me because your dress is closest to the color I was wanting (stood right next to the maid of honor) After we got it all arranged the wedding began. Everything was all good. Lots of people wanted me to spend the night, but I had to work the next morning, and ended up staying until 10 or 11pm. I drove back home after the wedding. A few days after the wedding, I called Tina just to talk and she was joyous and super happy, she said there were a couple of things that weren't set up that she wishes was but that was it. She was more so upset over the fact that not all of the food that they had was served at the wedding. I would text her and talk to her on the phone every once in a while. Out of no-where she stopped talking to me. The groom would text me and I asked him if she was upset with me and he just said "I don't think so". So I messaged her and I asked if everything was okay, and if there was anything I could do to rectify the situation and salvage our friendship. She proceeded to tell me that we are not friends anymore and that I don't prioritize her, and that I talked to some of her family about not even going to the wedding, which was absurd to Tina. Tina does know about all of the trauma and abuse which my ex had caused me. Her comment about it was "Well maybe you guys can be adults for a day". Mind you at the wedding, someone pulled me aside and told me that Tina is constantly saying she isn't going to be friends with me anymore, and then a few weeks later would talk about how much she adores me and how she is planning on visiting me. I'm not the only person she does this to, she is known for doing this to every single person. I understand that it is her brother and she wants her family at her wedding and I accepted that. I went to the wedding because I wanted to support her and I wanted to have her be my maid-of-honor at my wedding. But after this whole experience, I think I realize that she is not a friend which I care to have. She proceeded to tell me that my dress was the wrong color and that I don't care about her. A friend gifted me a breville juice fountain (an older model where the pulp stays in the main container instead of expelled into an external container) because it works much better than the cold press juicer I’ve been using.
Although this centrifugal juicer does yield a lot more juice, I’m having an issue where some unshredded chunks get whirled out of the cutting/extracting basket without being juiced. I know when it happens because I hear a big thump when pressing down on the pressing tool. Plus I see chunks of fruit/vegetables in the shredded pulp around the edges of the container.
Am I supposed to cut the fruit into smaller slices? Larger slices? Not use the pressing tool?
I still get much more juice than from my cold press, but I would like to make sure as little goes to waste as possible.

So I asked my friend to do me a favor and buy some weed from a store that's much cheaper and that he's never been to. He said he got 1.5grams for the price of 1. Immediately, I thought there was something weird about it, it came preground which it never does here, it's still good stuff for 7 euros.
