Hi! I have a two story house built in the 1980s. The upstairs bathtub is directly above the downstairs kitchen. Recently, when run, the bathtub has been causing a leak of some sort and causing the carpet outside of the bathroom to get wet, as well as water to drip from the kitchen ceiling into the kitchen.
Have you seen anything like this / any idea what it is? One plumber came to fix it but the issue wasn’t fixed, and another couldn’t identify the issue

On my Player UnitFrame, the name “Devotion Aura” is being displayed as text (see screenshot for reference). I’ve been trying to remove it, but I can’t figure out where it’s coming from. TV power light turns on but the screen doesn't. No static electricity when touching the screen and I don't hear the ringing noise either. It just makes clicking noises. I haven't tried connecting a video input. The remote can turn it on and off but nothing happens on the screen. Not even a flash of light. The small icons below the logo can be toggled through.

Moji uzkost z pobytu ve velkych prostorech zaplnenymi lidmi prohloubilo to, kdyz na me nekdo jen tak zacne rvat (nejaci bezdaci), nebo kdyz nejaky znudeny dedek v busu chce mluvit o tom, jak spatna generace jsme, kdyz jdu do obchodu nakoupit na peceni a zbozi mi okomentuje prodavacka "teda, tady se bude pict" apod. Mozna muze pro nekoho z vas toto znit divne, ale me to treba hrozne vadi, leknu se toho, zacne me ze strachu bolet bricho, zacnu vsechno overthinkovat, zacnu se citit strasne trapne, jakobych ja byla ta nejhorsi, nejhloupejsi ze vsech pritomnych s IQ o hodnote pokojove teploty ve °C. Tento strach z cizich lidi me nedoprovazi jenom kdyz jsou v moji pritomnosti. Treba mam i problem telefonovat s cizimi lidmi, dohodnout termin vysetreni u doktorky apod. Preferuji psanou formu komunikace, ale ne vzdy to jde. Kazdopadne, zazivate/ zazili jste neco podobneho? Jak muzu s timto strachem bojovat? Na koho se s timto da obratit?

About 10 years ago, I got my sister a chihuahua skull for Christmas off eBay and she said it was easily one of the best presents she's ever had. (Sidenote: I have to say I was thoroughly traumatized when I went to gift wrap it and a bunch of beetles fell out!)
I got it off eBay and in hindsight I don't know if the seller was ethical or really how I should have been vetting them to ensure that.
Wondering if anyone has any recs for great sellers/websites/etc. or just general guidelines on what to look for in that area AND any suggestions for interesting specimens to wow her with. She's had a tough year (just got laid off) and would love to wow her. Budget is $200.

2024.11.25 16:40 GiftedGeordie If people in Riverdale knew that Reggie's father was abusive, why did they just let it happen?
This is a similar post to the one that I posted about Marty Mantle not really getting any comeuppance for the way that he treated Reggie (it's also implied that he used to beat his wife, as well).
But considering that Marty was a very bad domestic abuser (I mean, he was a bad person but I mean he wasn't even trying to put on a façade of being a good person, he was just berating and slapping Reggie around in front of the entire Bulldogs team) and that even people like Mr Honey knew about the abuse and they did absolutely nothing.
It's also insane that in the Hiram Lodge backstory episode, Hiram was like "You need to be closer with your father" despite the fact that in the flashback, Mustached Mark Consuello's (Hiram's father) was shown to be a caring and loving person while Marty was the exact opposite.
It's just insane that everyone in the town seems to know about how abusive Reggie's father is and they just seem like they couldn't give any less of a shit about it.
