I've been trying to get F chord for 2 months now, I can get it right, but rarely and coincidentally- If I lift off my fingers snd try to recreate it it sounds off again.
How do I speed up learning, and will I have to repeat the same months long process with every single barre chord I try to learn? I'm a bit demotivated by this... Should I just play lots of songs with F even though the strings are muted and hope it clicks somehow?

Im looking for some advice here. I haven't officially "started" school yet because my son is only 4 and hasn't begun kindergarten yet but we do some preschool stuff. He does really well except handwriting. He hates it and gets mad because he can't figure it out how to make the letters. I figured there will be other times this will happen during school for various subjects to come and made me wonder how to approach this. Do you skip it over and come back to it or do you keep on until they figure it out?

I (34m) am married and have a young son, and have been working closely with a friend at work (27f) for the past 3 years or so. This coworker and I have always gotten along really well, text a lot, hang out with coworkers, and yes, she has grabbed dinner with my wife and I as well. I never gave it much thought but I guess I thought there was a remote chance of her liking me, but I was never certain and obviously did not want to confront her about it without being absolutely certain. She’s never made a move and I’ve been able to avoid any issues, but this past week, she asked if I’m happy in my marriage. I was never expecting that question and probably didn’t handle it well, but what you do if you were me? Perhaps she was just concerned about my well-being, or is this her trying to make a move and I need to take this very seriously?

2024.11.25 16:35 Bathfoamocean Need advice on re plastering and painting a wall
Hi We’ve started doing some renovations on our new house. The hallway was kind of trashed so we decided to replaster the walls. We sanded out one of the 2 coats of paint. We tried to reach the old plaster ( red colour) but it was way too hard. We then applied a water PVA solution after cleaning and once that was dry we replastered with Knauf 60 min fill and finish .
Sanded the plaster smooth we applied a 50% watered down coat of Leyland trade contract white. Once that was dry we procedeed with 2 coats of Dulux paint. After 25 mins it started peeling like crazy like in the pictures. Once it dried we peeled it off and the chunks came with bits of plaster
I sanded everything down today and want to try again. I would love some advice. Any help apreciated
TLDR. Replastered and painted my hallway and the paint flaked off badly need help.

After today, we had it get pretty cold out. I went to turn on my car and it did just fine, but basically all electrical doesn’t turn on. On my dash, the gas gauge, battery charge, temp, etc. doesn’t work. All shows empty and saying my battery is dead, my windows and door locks don’t work anymore either, neither does my deck work. This all happened after we got hit with the cold. Car still drives fine, I can see my speed. Just nothing electrical is working. Know what this could be? I drive a 2003 GMC Yukon

 | I bought a tub of Dark Labs Crack Purple w/DMAA back in late 2021 (when the product was still readily available through online US retailers). I really enjoyed taking a scoop or two on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before cardio and having a great run. I could easily tell that the formula really did contain DMAA based on the physical "push" it gave my running, which is a tell-tale benefit I notice from PWOs that contain DMAA. Anyways, my tub ran out a while back, and I had a very hard time finding a US-based online retailer that still carried the Crack Purple variant. However, I did find one retailer (NortheastNutrition.net) that had it for sale and ordered a tub. I tried a scoop for the first time the other day and strongly suspect that the product may be fake. I felt almost nothing as far as effects are concerned, and certainly none of the DMAA-specific effects I typically recognize. The powder also looks, smells, and tastes completely different from that of the old tub. It also has no expiration date printed anywhere on the tub. The label on the new tub has raised ridges around the wording/graphics whereas the old tub's label has no raised lettering. The old tub is completely out of powder, but you can see where a small amount of it got exposed to moisture and melted down in the scooper. I included two photos showing both tubs side-by-side (the legit one from 2021 is on the left and the new one with ridges on the lid is on the right). Does anyone know if these newer tubs are, in fact, counterfeits? If so, how are the counterfeiters creating such realistic labels... and what's actually in the powder (it's obviously not DMAA)? Are any retailers at all still selling legit Crack Purple with DMAA?
