Second one, an error stamp, apparently they put the wrong composer’s music on the stampm, Schumann instead of Schubert or something.

2024.11.25 16:40 MetsFanVI Compatible controller for Overhead Door Legacy 696CD/B garage door opener

I have an old Overhead Door Legacy 696CD/B garage door opener. I currently have an old Insignia wi-fi controller hooked up to it but it's no longer supported and incredibly unreliable. I've had a Meross control on my other garage door but it too was unreliable, just not as bad as the Insignia. The door sensors have been the most problematic.
I recently replaced the opener that had the Meross connected to it with a Chamberlin and added at ratdgo controller to it. It's been bullet-proof and I'd like to have that same level of functionality with the Overhead Door opener.
Does anyone have suggestions for a good controller for an older opener?

Appreciate this is an XRP sub, but amongst all the new moonboys I I wondered if anyone was still in FLR or if they've offloaded after the airdrops? (Seeing as FLR was practically a byproduct of having XRP)
I'm still in, wrapped and delegating and really like the project, still another year or so of free airdrops left too.
I can see $0.10 being a reality once the airdrops stop and the sell pressure wains off.
What are you thoughts?

Improving heart rate through training Hi y’all,
I’m (27F) running my second marathon in Feb and hoping to run sub-4hrs. I ran my first marathon largely untrained last year in 5:30 (lol). I’ve been working so hard the past few months and am feeling on-track for my goal. However… my heart rate while running is a mess, particularly if I’m running in any kind of heat. For reference, I’ve attached a recent half I ran in 50 degree weather. Then I tried running a 14 miler at a much slower pace in 75 degree heat and my heart rate was 195-200… even at a 9:30 pace. I felt like I was going to pass out from the heat. I’m worried that race day will be an unusually hot Feb day so I’m trying to figure out how to keep my heart rate under control in the heat (and how to keep it low overall).
I don’t do much zone 2 training because to keep my heart rate below 145 I literally have to run a 13:00 pace. Should I do all my easy runs at a zone 2 pace? Should I just keep doing my easy runs at 10:00 pace (as I currently am) and my cardio health will improve? Should I do more intentional heat training to acclimate myself to heat or will that cause unnecessary additional stress on my body when I’m already training pretty hard?
