 | Easiest way of getting Chazz off your chamber. I might not be the first one to think of this, but I used my hot knife to gently scrape the interior walls after soaking it in iso. Make sure your chamber is completely dry, connected to your base, and do three or four heat cycles on low temp while scraping it with your hot knife or any ceramic pick. After it falls off the sides, just do two or three swipes with a Q-tip and a little bit of iso to get the bits up. The problem isn't necessarily that you don’t know what do to lose weight. The problem is not that you dont have the ability to lose weight. The problem isn't that something is inherently preventing you from losing weight.
The problem I have found with most people is that they seem to have an issue with the “cost” associated with becoming fitter and getting the physique you want.
A lot of people will say they want to get in better shape and lose more weight, but then do not follow up with the appropriate actions
I don't think it is from a lack of understanding, or even a lack of capability, I think it is more associated with just not understanding that their is a cost associated with looking the way you want to look, or having the body composition you want to have
You may have to wake up earlier than usual to get your workout in. You will have to prepare meals a week ahead of time so you don't fall off your diet.
Think of the last time you went shopping for Shoes at the mall.
During check out when the cashier read the price, you didn’t sit there and start bartering with them, you simply handed over your card or cash and paid for the items because you u understand that the cost of things just simply is what it is
This same principle should be applied to reaching your fitness, nutrition , and fat loss goals

I'm looking to make a short story based rpg that kinda plays like an rpg maker game horror game(something like IB or arcade kitten like games), what I mean by this is I want to be able for the player to move, interact with objects that give textbox with descriptions, the player having an inventory and all that stuff. I tried looking for some good tutorial but I was unable to find anything that fit my description. Does anybody know any good yt or forum tutorials that go over making a game like that?
I don't know what flair to use so I'll leave it with for now, please tell me the correct flair for this is.

As you might expect, I'm asking because this applies to me. I'm 23 and earlier this year, I visited sex workers 8 times (for a combination of sex and 'massages'). Until my first visit, I was a virgin and did it purely out of impulse and regretted it. Despite regretting it, I went on to do it another 7 times. I won't lie I enjoyed it in the moment, but I always deeply regretted it afterwards because of the risk to health, both physical and mental, the ethics surrounding it and the cost. I've not visited any for 4 months which I am incredibly pleased about but I am still ashamed of doing this and I worry for how it can impact romantic relationships in the future. To be blunt, I feel irredeemable.
In terms of why I did it, it's hard to say but I think it fundamentally comes down to it being an impulsive pleasure seeking/stress relief thing when I was deeply depressed earlier this year. I don't think this is an excuse but that is the reason.
I'm completely clean so there's no worry about that, but I'm aware that many women are not interested in men who've previously used sex workers, which is absolutely their right. However, perhaps selfishly, I do worry if this means that no women will be willing to overlook it in the future. I could, of course, not mention it, but I'd rather not start a relationship based on lies and it would likely be futile anyway as my friends are aware so I can imagine it would eventually be made public anyway.
Does anyone have any thoughts on my situation?

Hi. Long time lurker here. I admire this thread for being liberal/left and Prepper. I grew up a conservative doomsday prepper and now I’m just a regular ole leftist.
I have a background in forensic psychology, specialized in police/military psychology, and have taken multiple governmental classes because the goal was once to be a counterterrorist operative. (Dreams rarely do come true though, and here I am.) For context, I also grew up a Christian Nationalist - but I’m a pagan now.
Psychological warfare is what we’re currently experiencing in the US political environment, no one can doubt that much. But as much as they wage war on us, we can fight back.
For a brief moment, I ran a psyop page dedicated to infiltrating CNat spaces and instilling doubt into its proponents. A lot of what this looked like was weaponizing questions I had during my own deconstruction and/or using ideological differences between Christian branches to pit them against each other.
For anyone looking at the larger picture, Christians don’t even like other Christians based on sect. Catholics do not like Protestants, Baptists hate anyone who isn’t Baptist, they all hate Unitarians, etc. If Christianity is to rule the US, the next natural question is “which sect?”
Prey on that. You too can start a psyop page on social media, infiltrate, and deteriorate from the inside.
Do NOT do this unless you have thick skin and can “talk the talk.” If you’re reactive and hyper-emotional, be honest with yourself and avoid this route. If you have no experience with being a Christian, this isn’t for you, either.
Ultimately, fighting back can be as simple as a fake Facebook page, and I want everyone here to be empowered to fight where they see fit.
Fighting doesn’t necessarily look like weapons.
If you choose to do this, be mindful of your internet anonymity. Research how to stay anonymous online.
