Hi, I am planning to buy a new MacBook Air m3 and I didnt quite understant this usb ports and hubs. So with this 2 usb4 port I can use a monitor for displaying (like an HDMI), I can use it for data transfer and I can also power in / power out from this port so it will power up a device from usb port and it will be charged from this usb port as well? And what are the remaining usage of the HUB?

i’m trying to download modmii but chrome and edge keep telling me it’s a virus. the guide did warn me about this but i can’t find a way to override it. the modmii page also recognises the problem and says i can download a portable zip instead but i can’t see that anywhere?

Hello friends!
I recently came into a piece of property about 90 min outside of Chicago, and as a tiny housevanlifer, of course my first thought was to start my own community! I remember when I got my first tiny house back in 2016, the biggest problem I had was trying to find a place to park it. Specifically somewhere that wasnt just some chainlink enclosed boat parking lot or 2 week maximum national park campsite. I had the exact same issue with living out of my 1979 VW Bus. I wanted to go travelling but missed the community spirit of hostels, and the nature of parking in....not a Walmart parking lot.
Sooo I am thinking to create something that is exactly what I was looking for, and wanted to see if it would be something that anyone in the community had any advice about/see if it is still a need. So, here is my concept, let me know what you think!
The property is around 40 acres and so I am thinking to create parking spots with electric and water hookups for people who want to bring their own tinies. We also have many trees on the property and the equipment to move them, so to give each spot some privacy, I plan to surround parking spot with some healthy not too tall trees.
I also have a few barns on the property that I think could make some amazing communal spaces with maybe a communal kitchen in one, and a big lounge/dancing/gathering place in another. I also want to dedicate some of the space to a community garden, some to raise goats and/or chickens, and an area for a really big fire pit and gazebo. I am thinking to have community showers/bathrooms as well for our van life friends. There is also a big creek that runs through the property that I am thinking to add some hiking trails around. My tiny house was all off the grid, and my favorite thing I ever did was invest in a wood burning outdoor hot tub, and I would definitely like to have at least one of those on this property as well for everyone to enjoy!
I am worried though because it is so far out from the main city of Chicago (but still a maybe 10min drive from gas stations and shops). That I worry people may not be interested in coming so far out to live the semi-nomadic life.

Hi Galaxy watch fans. For the last week's I was using GW4, GW5, recently I have GW7 to compare. I adore GW7, yet I am confused about the sensors. The stress measurement is based on the heart rate, so it shows I am stressed even when I am outside walking fast, not stressed at all. Or the sleep or other sensors.. I have a hunch that many of the health data are just a gimmick, it doesn't feel genuine. What is your experience? Can the data be used and trusted or is it just something for fun to have a "gamified sport experience"? Any and all feedback appreciated.

I’ve have been 100 % p&t since nov 7 but I haven’t received any notification about my eligibility for student loan forgiveness from either the VA or NELNET. Should I call NELNET to let them know i qualify and inform them not to forgive my loan yet because I’m still taking student loans or wait for them to notify me of my eligibility for student loan forgiveness before giving them a call to pause the forgiveness? I’m worried they might automatically forgive it without reaching out to me first.
