I bought an N100 to use an a Plex server. I have about 4TB worth of videos on an external 5TB USB drive. Whenever I reboot the N100, the USB drive gets corrupted and I lose all the data. I tried this with two different drives and both did the same thing. Has anyone else run into this or something similar?

I'm being offered a MacBook Pro 2018 with 8GB RAM , 512 SSD, i5 2.3GHz. Price: $350 dollars.
I'm a video editor. Currently editing on better hardware (Windows) but I need a laptop since I think I will flee the country next year, so I was thinking about selling my PC to buy a more equivalent laptop. But the offer came in, and I was thinking about not selling my computer, leave the country with it, and have the MacBook as a secondary/on the move device, since I edit for social media (1080p, mostly reels/shorts) and I got an iPad and iPhone. I have doubts, since I don't know if it's too old or doesn't got enough power. Is it a good price for my requirements? I'd appreciate any advice.

Hey all! Looking for some advice on how to move my body slower when doing laps.
Some background: I was on the swim team when I was a kid (8-13) and have always been a strong swimmer. That being said, after I aged of our swim team I stopped swimming laps and just enjoyed the pool.
Current dilemma: I recently joined a new gym that has a pool and was so excited to start swimming again. I realized pretty quickly though that although my muscle memory is strong my endurance is almost non-existent. I could only do about 2 laps without loosing my breath. To actually maximize my time in the pool I think swimming slower would be my best bet, however I can't get my body to cooperate with that. It's used to trying to go as fast as possible. Any tips on how to get my limbs to listen?
Tl;Dr: need tips to move my body slower in the water, as it is accustom to trying to go as fast as possible (I don't have the endurance to go fast).
