(M22). About 10 years ago I was messing around and gave myself a really bad cut from friction across my entire head. Now my head feels like sandpaper and is constantly irritated. Before this it was perfectly smooth.
I’m in my early 20s now and it never got better and it causes me a lot of discomfort and i’ve lost pretty much all feeling. Everyday I apply lotion or Man1ManOil to help with dryness and irritation. I’m not sure there is anything that can be done to restore the damage but if anyone has any advice I’d really appreciate it.

Hi. Has anyone figured out a way to use GN audio transcription efficiently.
I can’t for the life of me use it.
I want to copy the text that is transcribed, but they don’t have a COPY ALL option to copy the text.
It takes me forever to copy the section of texts for a 30 - 40 minute lecture.
I use Notability sometimes for this, but I don’t want my notes all over the place.

31F, non-smoker, 5'5", 112lbs, struggling with RLQ abdominal discomfort and pain for approx. 6 weeks, with the pain gradually worsening over the last week.
I was sent to A&E on Saturday with suspected appendicitis but my blood results came back normal and it was ruled out. The doctor did a basic ultrasound and said he could see a 1cm cyst on my right ovary and I should follow up for an internal ultrasound.
I had it today (Monday) and the doctor said there was no evidence of any cysts on my ovary? It's odd as my symptoms align almost perfectly with an ovarian cyst so I felt a little baffled when I was told it wasn't there.
Is it possible that it could simply disappear in 2 days without trace?

I have been using QB Pro for more than 20 years. Intuit is raising prices steadily and I want to migrate to another service. Our business, a small S-Corp, is very simple. No inventory, just a straight service business.
What I like about QB, aside from being familiar with it: Reports; audit trail; download bank transactions for reconciling; Journal entries. I'd like to have these same features.
I am nervous about moving all that data (customer names, transactions) to another service. Does anyone have experience with this? Is it less of a nightmare than I imagine?
I'm looking at a few possibilities for accounting only: Patriot, Xero, Freshbooks, and I'm open to other suggestions. Thanks!

I looking for a replacement for my soon-to-be-dead Ridgeline. It's a toss up between an RX350 with similar kit and only 20k mi for the same price and the MDX Type S Ultra with 80k mi
RX: Very reliable, boring, smaller, probably not as good AWD system
MDX: What's the turbo 6 like? A lot more mi for same $, larger, SH-AWD is bound to be better. This will see considerable snow.
Now if buddy drove 80k mi in 2 years I have to assume it's mostly highway. Right?
