Pelo que tive a pesquisar, o plafond para a cobertura de medicina dentária costuma ser até 1000€ e alguns não têm carência. Tendo em conta que o prémio anual é sempre +1000€, só me compensaria se pudesse apenas usar durante uns meses e cancelar logo a seguir. É possível? Ou todos os seguros de saúde são contratualizados por 1 ano e terei obrigatoriamente de pagar todo o prémio anual para usufruir do seguro um par de meses?

My guess is that Reconstructed caches probably didn't drop blueprints for Adrestia, Oh Carol, Sleigher and maybe some other weapons that I can't remember and that only drop in specific times of the year. But there might be even more of them that can only be found but never able to be crafted?

Game description:
Welcome to Midgard, a world published by Kobold Press. it draws inspiration from Norse, Greek, Celtic and Egyptian mythologies. I’m looking to get a group of players together to tell a story that draws as much from the characters and players as it does the sourcebook. I’ve been running games for about 12 years now and have been using this setting for the past year and have really enjoyed the variety it offers.
This game is intended to be a long-term game starting at level 3, 4 or 5 depending on the group’s comfort level with each other and the game.
I’ll be using the D&D5e 2014 ruleset, the only thing I’m inclined to allow from the 2024 free rules is if casters would like to try new versions of their spells that is fine.
I use a Session Zero System that helps the players make backstories together and generate ideas for the world and game they’re playing in. I use the information we go over in session 0 to craft a campaign tailored to each party’s stories, so no two of my games will be exactly the same.
I use Milestone leveling so that the entire group is always the same level, and also to allow players the freedom to solve problems without having to worry about experience. Milestones are partially set by the players in session 0 as we’ll go over what goals the players have for their characters.
The game will be played using a combination of Discord for voice, and Roll20 for maps, visual aids, and rolls.
Each game will be at least 3 hours long, up to 4 depending on when a good stopping point for the group is. Every game costs 30$ per player and is charged an hour into the session via the website I list the games on.

I've been playing a while but never did a successful Japan to Emperor of china run or any kind of run where i became the EoC at all. Well i just got the Emperor title, my mandate is 75 and growing and my meritocracy is growing, and i have a lot of China I'm going to conquer in the next 20 years. My main question is how do i use the mandate system, how do i get my mandate back up quickly after making an edict thar saps my mandate by 70 and my stab by 1? I have never touched this mechanic before now and it took me forever to get a japan game that didn't have me get blocked by Korea or out of control steppe tribes.

Two weeks ago my (F27) trip to the Drs about a swollen armpit led to a small examination where the Dr felt like she could feel a 2cm lump in my left armpit and also some small lumps at the top of my right breast (I am terrible with remembering medical terms and the word she used is completely lost to me…). I did have a breast reduction 6 years ago and she did say they could be something that was left over from the surgery, so I am crossing my fingers it’s all benign!
The Dr sent a referral to the Breast Clinic and tomorrow is the appointment. Luckily while there they should do a physical examination, mammogram, and biopsy if needed all in the one appointment which I’m grateful for. I’m feeling a mix of anxious and restlessness, but also relieved that my Dr examined me when she did and sent in the referral straight away.
I will update tomorrow afternoon how the appointment goes!

Is there a setting somewhere to sync the LCM timeout? So, my issue is if both devices are showing the screensaver and I touch one, the other automatically activates because I have syncronation on. But my switch times out first and enables the screen saver before gateway. The gateways screen saver doesn't activate for another minute or so. I think they both should be synced. I'm just nitpicking but if there is a way I'd like to see.

2024.11.25 22:35 jessyj89 Just need to vent....end of leave and dog attacks 😪
Sigh. I'm off until March with our little one. My wife was SUPPOSED to go back to work today until May, then she'll be off until August. She's a teacher, so she took a few weeks now to help me recover, and the summer months off so we don't have to put our son in daycare until August.
Well, yesterday she took our dog for a walk like usual. I was going to go with the baby but it was too cold and windy, so we got snuggled up on the couch. 15 minutes I get a phone call. It's my wife SCREAMING for help. A dog got loose from a yard and attacked our dog. She's pretty beat up with drains, and my wife is currently sitting in the ER waiting for a rabies vaccine. She'll be back to work tomorrow.
I was JUST starting to feel confident. Like I had a good morning routine down. I had planned out when I'd do tummy time, baths, and taking the dog and baby for walks to pass time and get us all out of the house. Now I have a beat up dog who is barking and snapping at everyone due to pain and anxiety, a very upset wife, and a baby going through an apparent growth spurt at 5 weeks. 😫😫 I feel SO OVERWHELMED. I haven't felt like this since we first got home. I just want our boring old life back, but with our baby boy along for the ride.
I know this is temporary. In a week or two the dog will be healed and we'll be back on some sort of a schedule. I'll be able to drive finally (csection) and maybe enjoy the rest of my time off. But right now I just want to lay in bed and cry. Maybe that's my plan doe tomorrow. Get the dog settled, take the baby upstairs and snuggle watching trash TV.

Had my autonomic tests today and I was told to let her know "of any feelings or changes" ...so I did. A few hours later, now I'm second guessing myself. Was I imagining it, was it my anxiety, maybe it was because i didn't have medicine for the prior week, etc
Am i over thinking this or do they REALLY want to know every feeling and change?
