I was told by a trusted mechanic that I can use the same oil in my transmission as my differential. 75W-90 GL-5. I’m now reading online how it should be GL4 and 75W-85 for the transmission. Is my transmission going to be ok? I just did this fluid change today.

I’m learning Vroid on ipad and I’m trying to add a design to the back of a hoodie, but it’s really hard to try and guess with how things will align when using a third party drawing source, and I don’t see any thing on the app that allows me to move around clothing layers, so I’m not sure what to do.

What is it to grasp a thing that cannot be held? The wind shows me: bending a field of grass without ever breaking it, lifting a bird higher until the bird forgets its own wings. The weight of empty hands grows until it anchors me to the floor, to the earth, to the exact spot where the world waits.
I listen, and hear the emptiness breathe. It asks nothing of me. And yet I answer.

Tonight my partner was reading an article and said, “hope you can live without lemons and limes” (plus a few other things like avocados 😐). Discussing a supply chain/deportation scenario and the impact it could have on specific produce.
I have a bag of food grade citric acid in my pantry from an old ADHD hyper fixation on homemade bath bombs. (Now I’ve moved on to candles and soap!) I think it was $10 for 2lbs. I had already put some in an old spice shaker and was using it in applications where I might have squeezed a bit of lemon or lime juice but couldn’t be arsed. I’ve used it in a ton of foods like vinaigrettes, soups, dips, and sauces. You can also use it to make cheese.
Anyway, thought that might be useful for pantry preppers since a little goes a long way and it lasts for years if stored properly. Evidently it can also be used for cleaning certain things as well.

I’m debating between sonic internet, xfinity, and att. The att option would be the regular non fiber as they don’t provide it in my area. Sonic would be the fiber option and xfinity doesn’t have a fiber option. I haven’t heard too much about sonic but I have heard that fiber is better than the options att and xfinity have. Also for context, I would be living alone in an apartment.

Makes me not want to try different things cause of fear of failure and having impossible standards.

I had iphone 13 pro running ios 16 and apple watch 6 running watchos 9. the other day i updated my phone to ios 17.7. now the watch doesnt work with the phone anymore and it says "updated required" on the watch and then says "your phone must be updated to connect to apple watch" meaning i need to install ios 18 just to use my phone. i had ios 16 and watchos 9. why didnt updating to ios 17 make the watch go to watchos 10 and just work?

This started when I was young. So I'll start there. One night I woke up, crying because my legs were hurting me so bad to the point I was screaming. Doctors found nothing, told my mom to give me tylenol if it happens again.
It wasn't a Charlie horse. It was a full on ache that was intense, in both calves, feet and thighs.
Now, fast forward to my early adult years, and I end up waking up in pain, unable to move. I am in and out of the hospital, only to find I had a mass of necrotic tissue on my lower back from a spider bite. They removed it, cleaned it up, patched me up.
Since that? My lower back aches all the time. After 10-20 minutes standing I'm in pain from my back down into my legs.
Today, I was working and nearly collapsed because my legs went numb briefly.
Went to the doctors and all they can find is my platelets keep getting higher, my c-reactive protein is getting higher, I have on and off high White Blood Cells.
Been blood tested for auto immune diseases, nothing.
I'm at my wits end.
