Hello Mordekaiser mains,
So i am a huge fan of Mordekaiser and the Arcane serie, which is for me is one of the top 10 animated series of all time, from what we can tell the new serie will most likely cover Noxus (Swain Raven at the end being a hint), My question is: could we be seeing Mordekaiser mentionned or has a potential appearence in the new Arcane?
There is a lot of lore to work on, maybe they could introduce him as someone who corrupted the Emperor in order to harvest more souls from Noxian wars, and that would explain why noxus withdrew their invasion after he was deposed, Anyway this is a rich world to explore and i am excited to see Mordekaiser appear as the Lich god he is, so what are your thoughts regarding this?

2024.11.26 05:30 Willy116 Cracked Finish Underneath Knob

G'day people, I'm seeking advice for an issue I've experienced with a recently purchased guitar.
I received the guitar a couple weeks ago and everything seemed alright, I did notice one of the saddle screws had come undone while in transport but that issue was easily fixable.
After playing for a few days however, I notice that a crack spreading from underneath the volume knob, outwards. The guitar had not been taken anywhere, no possible way it could have received damage.
After consulting the suppliers, it was concluded that this defect would likely not be covered by warranty.
Has anyone had any experience in dealing with an issue similar to this? If so, any advice would be greatly appreciated. (I've been saving for ages for this guitar and its a shame that its arrived like this)

Maybe pros are just not remembering correctly but after hearing Zooma talk to some of the pros today, several things I saw mentioned as logic to GAs were actually false, with that being said it invalidates their reasoning behind some GAs. Two I noticed today were...
1) DLC guns were never allowed in comp. This is %100 not true. During the MW 2019 season, Shotzzy pulled out a Grau on Azir Caves as shown here during champs. Envoy also pulled out the Ram on Gun Runner at champs. No one had an issue then. Its crazy to me that the game has roughly been out for a single month and pros are already trying to say "No DLC guns". Can they seriously not adjust to a potential variation in the meta. We dont even have a Major till Jan 30 and the pros are already trying to lock in a 2 gun meta for the rest of the year, 2 months before the first major.
2)Knives have always been banned. Again not true. I saw this also mentioned on Zooma's stream, that there are talks about potentially banning knives. Did pros forget they played the whole MW2 season using a Knife as their secondary to move around the map faster.
I'm sure this was an unintentional oversight due to not remembering correctly, but if they are using these reasons as to justify passing GAs I feel like the community should at least bring awareness to it.

What is a Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF)? A LAMF is a secured loan where you pledge your mutual fund units to borrow money, mostly as an overdraft (OD) facility.
The lender marks a lien (or claim) on your mutual fund units, which means you can’t sell or redeem them while they are pledged. However, you continue to benefit from any potential capital appreciation or dividend payouts during this period.
One of the key advantages of LAMF is that the interest rates are generally lower than unsecured personal loans. But beyond that, LAMF offers flexibility, allowing you to borrow funds without disturbing your long-term investment strategy.
It’s essentially a way to monetise your investments or assets temporarily without fully liquidating them.
How does it benefit you?

You continue to stay invested in the market.
Your mutual fund units keep generating returns.
You only pay interest on the amount you utilise, because of the OD facility.

The maximum loan amount depends on the value of the mutual fund units and the lender's margin requirements. As per RBI regulation, the maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of equity mutual funds is 50%, and that of debt mutual funds is 80%.
Who Provides Loans Against Mutual Funds? Several institutions offer loans against mutual funds, each with its own terms and conditions. Here’s a quick look:
1. Banks: Many leading banks in India, like HDFC, ICICI, and SBI, offer LAMF.
2. Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs): NBFCs like Bajaj Finserv, Mirae Asset and Tata Capital are also active in providing LAMF.
3. Brokers: Some stockbrokers like Zerodha and ICICI Direct allow you to pledge your mutual fund holdings in the Demat Account.
4. FinTech Startups: Startups such as Smallcase, Volt and Yenmo have begun offering LAMF.
Remember, that most institutions provide loans against mutual funds based on the Statement of Accounts (SOA) format. They typically do not provide loans on mutual fund units held in a Demat account because it's more challenging to mark a lien on them.
How Does a Loan Against Mutual Funds Work? Taking a loan against mutual funds might seem simple on the surface, but there’s a detailed process behind it. Here’s a deeper look at each stage:
1. Application and Eligibility:

You apply through your bank, NBFC, broker, or FinTech platform. Typically, online platforms offer a streamlined, fully digital process, while banks might require additional documentation like income proof.
The lender checks your portfolio for eligible funds. Not all mutual funds can be pledged, particularly sectoral or thematic funds, as they are highly volatile.

2. Lien Marking:

Once the loan is sanctioned, a lien is marked on your mutual fund units, meaning the lender now has a claim on them. You can’t sell or redeem these units until the lien is lifted (i.e., the loan is fully repaid).

3. Loan Sanctioning:

The loan amount is typically a percentage of the market value of your mutual funds. For equity mutual funds, it is around 50% of the current NAV, while for debt mutual funds, it is around 80%.
In most cases, the loan will be issued through an OD facility. The loan duration is 12 months, you can renew the OD facility at the end of each year.

4. Margin Calls:

If the value of your mutual fund holdings drops significantly (because of market volatility), the lender may issue a margin call. You’ll be asked to either top up the collateral by pledging more units or partially repay the loan.
If you ignore the margin call and the value continues to drop, the lender may sell your mutual fund units to recover their money.

5. Repayment and Lien Removal:

You can repay the loan in part or in full. Once the loan is cleared, the lien on your mutual fund units is removed, and you regain full control of your investments.
