Well there's 2 coffee shops I've been to recently where the 30% was furthest left because our monkey trained brains automatically go furthest left! I accidentally tipped 30% on a $6 latte. Sorry, that's just not economically normal. Just a heads up!

So I'm looking to get back into the game, and planning my CORE difficulty build. My goal is to play the gish concept: full fighter, full wizard. In my previous post u/Brilliant-Better has suggested to take a look at the Broad Studies Arcana from TabletopTweaks.
Broad studies: Class Level 6+ Magus Aracana The magus selects another one of his spellcasting classes. The magus can use his spellstrike and spell combat abilities while casting or using spells from the spell list of that class. This does not allow him to cast arcane spells from that class's spell list without suffering the normal chances of arcane spell failure, unless the spell lacks somatic components.This would enable to cast wizard spells as a Magus. The drawback being, that with 14 wizard levels, you won't be able to cast much stronger spells than a Magus. But more.
I plan on having a merged spellbook Lich converting to Legend. So I have to builds in mind: one before Legend, one after.
The build before legend should service me during most of the game, and the legend would be mostly the victory lap, how late you get it.
Both phases I will have to respec, but I want to keep as much as possible between the two phases.
Race: Keen Kistune / Lecturer background
Attibutes plan:
Str 15 / Dex 13 / Con 12
Int 20 / Wis 7 / Cha 7
This would be a bit of a slog until Master shapeshifter, that would raise the physical abilities by +4 to:
Str 19 / Dex 17 / Con 16
Lich build The goal of this build is levelling. I have to get to level 20 before becoming a legend, to obtain the 10th level spells. Mind, this build won't get the level 10 spells, just make the game more fun and gish feeling
1-5 Magus 1-5: Sword Saint
6 Wizard 1: Spell Master
7 Magus 6: Arcana: Broad Studies feat
8-11 Wizard 2-5: Arcane Amror feat
12-20: Hellknight Signifier
Some reasoning:
Sword saint: I want to play in armour, but as Magus armoured casting wouldn't work with the wizard spells, I'll trade in the pre-hellknight level armoured playstyle for the Sword Saint benefits. I'm planning on going estoc for consistent playstyle with the to come Eldritch Knight crit fisher.
Spell Master: I'm not very certain about this, but it seems like the best wizard for the build, especially with the multiple recalls of to be 10th level spells:
Legend build So I'll respec to this build via toybox right before choosing to be a Legend.
As I need to be level 20 before getting here, I will be level 38 after transformation, so all levels before that will be skipped.
1-10: Wizard 1-10: Spell Master: Arcane Armor feat
11-20: Hellknight Signifier 1-10
This is where I'll be just before becoming a legend, with the Master shapeshifter ability. After becoming a legend the build will continue:
21-26: Magus 1-6: Sword Saint: Broad Studies and Martial Weapons feats
27-36: Eldritch Knight 1-10
37-38: Magus 7-8
This is where I'll get straight after Legendificiation
39-40: Magus 9-10
My questions
- What mythic options should I chose for my Mythic feat?
- Is there a mythic ability for this build better than Master Shapeshifter for the constant +4 phyisical (+8 with Legend)?
- If so, what race would serve better? Elf?
- Is Estoc a good choice?
- Are there any obvious blindspots in the build?
- I'm planning Combatcasting/Spell Penetration / Greater Spell penetration
- Dreadful Carnage (And prerequisites)
- Cleaving finish (And prerequisites)
