Hello,
I recently graduated and started working as a part time lecturer at two institutions. This year was my first time dealing with 年末調整 — and despite searching the sub, I’m still confused as to how to handle my particular situation.
My main institution (A) originally was supposed to handle this but kicked the can over to my other institution (B) thinking that they were my main despite my insurance and everything being handled with them.
B kicked it back to A two weeks later, notifying me yesterday that they wouldn’t be ones to do it, it would be A. I spoke to A today and they told me that the deadline to submit was two weeks ago and there’s nothing they can do now in regards to my deductions.
Now, I’m worried because I have 障害手帳 and other stuff I wish to submit for deductions. Is there anyway I can do this on my own? What is the process like? I have a bunch of medical expenses and other things I’d like to declare as well.
Sorry if this is a bad question. I’m just lost at what to do.

I wanted advice on Friends with benefits (fwb).
I (40m) am currently in a relationship (41f). Due to trauma in her past her sex drive is essentially disconnected. She has given me permission to find a fwb (or anything of the sort) if I want to.
I've had horrible luck in the dating department let alone in the sexual department. Not all bad luck though. Right now I'm just satisfying my sexual urges through talking about the topic to strangers and through pleasuring myself.
I've been trying to figure out if re entering the dating scene to find a fwb would be worth the exceptionally long task or if I should just keep doing what I've been doing even though I'm not really satisfied with it.

I have been taking Sprintec for 2 months now. I am starting my 3rd pack tomorrow. I noticed that about halfway through my placebo week, I have had large, unexplained bruises appear in the same spot on my leg. I don't believe I can post images here, but last month the largest bruise spanned nearly the entire length of my thigh (with smaller bruises on my calf), this month the largest bruise doesn't span the entire length, but still matches locations (as do the smaller patches of bruising). Is this something to be alarmed about? I was struggling to find any info online.
I do not have insurance, so I have continued taking Sprintec despite this and a few other side effects, as I got 3 packs initially, and havent been able to see the doctor again. But now I'm second guessing that decision.

So ive just switched from PS5 to PC and suddenly my visual graphics on Rocket League have dropped tremendously i havent tried any other games and ive tried all different video settings but nothing helps. when i played on my PS5 it looked amazing and while with my PC the frames are high the quality its self looks terrible, what can i do to fix this?
