I'm currently based in Europe and recently applied for a job in Thailand. I have the interview this week and I was asked to complete a form with personal info (including past work positions with salary) and 1 copy of ID/ every page of my passport. I know that in order to work legally there I will need a visa sponsorship from the company but it's a little bit odd to me to be asked this before even having the interview and accepting an offer.
For foreigners that work in Thailand or in Thai companies, is this a common practice or have you encounter situations like this?

I have this bag of frozen peas in my freezer that my partner and I use when we have an injury. So when it defrosts we just throw it back in the freezer for next time. neither of us eat peas but we are moving soon and will need to get rid of it. But I feel it would be a waste just to throw it in the bin and wondering if it would be safe to feed the local ducks in my area, or if it would be unsafe for them and if so then I will just throw them in the bin.

Does anybody have a solution to this issue?
I have a 2021 Razer Blade Pro 17 that has started giving the "not receiving adequate power" error.
I've tested it on three official Razer chargers (my partner has the same laptop and I have the same laptop for work, so I have three official 230w chargers), have done a complete reinstall of Windows, and my battery is working fine with no meaningful drop in performance compared to when it was new.
Is there any actual solution to this issue or have I now got a laptop that will perform like crap from now on?
