Hello! I've been following along here for a few months now, and I see a lot of people having questions relating to HD and relationships. I think that's very natural, because we are social beings who want relationships that are right for us. But I also feel that the best way to decide on what is best in your relationship is not to analyse your own or your partner's chart, but to use your authority. I'm saying 'feel' here because my emotional authority has been nagging me to make this post for a few days now. So here ya go.
I want to share three moments where I've used my emotional authority to make decisions in relationships. I'm a 6/2 Emotional Manifestor and following my authority has been the absolute best, even though it's a journey to learn how.
Okay, so! Over the summer, I was seeing a Projector I had dated before. Back then, he'd been emotionally unavailable and I had been.. A little too emotional. We found out this summer that we still had feelings for each other. But at the end of the summer, he was moving to a different country. We had to decide what we were going to do. My emotional wave became huge over the course of a few days. I had only experienced this once before, with the same guy. Back then, I hadn't known what to do with it. Now, I wrote about the emotions in my journal (a big recommendation!!), and I let the feelings be. I allowed myself to feel them. When I felt more neutral, a thought came to me: If these really are the circumstances, it's not it.
Now, don't get me wrong, it was still difficult to say this to him. But it was the best decision I could've made. Because I followed my authority, I was able to see him over the summer and not bawl my eyes out when he left. Because I felt that it wasn't it, and that was okay.
I had another wave this summer, about a friendship. This friendship had bled out, especially because that friend hadn't been supportive of me and my other friend in times that we needed her. She texted late at night about wanting to meet up. The anger I felt about that text was very Manifestor-like. I decided to let the anger be and sleep on it. The next morning, I still felt the anger. So I didn't respond yet. In the afternoon, I'd calmed down. That's when I felt neutral and knew that I had to inform her. (The amount of times my authority has told me to inform is downright funny.)
Informing her about how I didn't feel comfortable meeting up paved the way for a beautiful conversation about how we'd grown apart. We ended things on a good note and I even spoke to her a few days ago over text, which was a good conversation! We are on different paths in life, which is okay.
Okay, last one or this post will become even longer. This is a wave I'm currently going through. I've been dating a Manifestor for more than a month now. He's not aware of this system. This guy has some insecurities, and I don't want to say the wrong thing to hurt him. Or not say enough. The wave I'm going through is dominated by fear. Will I be good enough for him? Am I certain I can give him the things he needs in a relationship? How do I support him? These were the questions going through my mind. I've written these questions and my fear down in my journal (again, this is one of the best ways to work through my emotions, highly recommend) which has already given me the insight that I need to inform him about my fears and ask him what he needs from me. But the fear is not gone yet, so it still has a purpose. I'm letting it be. I'm allowing this emotion to exist, and it will guide me to neutrality. It will guide me to the best decision I can make, as well.
I hope this post has given you some insight on how the emotional authority can work in decision-making within/about relationships. Hopefully, it will motivate you to find what works for you and to trust yourself. That's really all you need to do.

Hi there, I'm looking for a 3 days holiday in Pondicherry with my family of around 12 - 18 people including children and seniors. Ideally we would like to stay somewhere close to beach with a clean swimming pool. I quite like the ideas of homestays where the food is freshly prepared and provided to us for a cost.
