26 years old after covid 19 i had heart palpitations was crazy heart rate was always high like i can’t walk anymore fr 😂 , after that the doctor gave me concor 5mg everything was good after 2 years palpitations came back and feeling my heart is beating faster walking a short distance seeing my heart rate on 120 bpm is crazy and my weight is just 70kg. went the to the doctor he told me go exercise but i can’t because my heart rate beats very fast from a real short distance walk … any suggestions please any doctors here or cardiologist can help please 😇

English isn't my native language. I wrote an entire background and surely there will be mistakes, I'm sorry in advance for that.
The building you see here is made by Yukihyo, and it has three apartments, an indoor space for gardening, a mini market, two bars and a night club. Things I've added are: a spa, a stripclub, a little restaurant and two whole new apartments. All the sims and their story are made by me, if you have any question I will answer. 🤍

But soon it turned out to be a poor choice. The area fell into decline, managing to alienate itself within the larger city. All the apartments, once considered a place for rich people, were rented or sold off at half the original price. Neonbashi became the perfect home for university students who couldn’t afford high rents in San Myshuno but also a shelter for shady individuals, like Ryuu Watamura, who currently runs an illegal gambling den and a strip club.
The difference between the upper and lower floors of Neonbashi is now really visible: the Wood family currently still lives in the fourth floor attic. Probably, Von and his wife don't accept that their dream has failed. Their son, Jun-Seok, has moved into the apartment on the third floor, which still retains part of the initial glory. Below him, in a tiny modest apartment lives Bashar, literally a genius. I live next to him, my name is Ji-Ae. I try to be a writer and I wanted a convenient place to concentrate. Well, I didn't find what I was looking for. Here I sleep like three hours a night.
In front of us, in the other block of apartments, lives Ryuu. I'm surprised that his house is still standing, given its dilapidated conditions. Above him there are Ji Xin and Lou, two really weird (but funny) roommates. Ji Xin works at the Neonbashi nightclub as a bartender and his friend Lou plays the guitar during the events they organise every weekend.
The district still functions for the most part, but sooner or later it will implode under its own alienation. And so, here I am."

This is starting to piss me off. So many people think they're funny by running up on you, chasing you or "I had to survery you" without asking permission. Not only does this make you the prime suspect, it's gonna get you killed by Kira later. It helps nobody and just makes it easier for Kira to blend in. If you need to survey someone, unless you've already touched them multiple times, ASK them for permission instead of just chasing them. It's almost gamethrowing sometimes.
