I need advice. I’ve spent the last year completely heartbroken over my ex, and now I feel like I need to shift focus—not for him, but for me. I want to be that girl. The one everyone notices when she walks into the room. The one who glows with confidence, who people want to know and be around. The one who doesn’t cry over guys who left her.
I’ve begged and cried for my ex more times than I care to admit, and he’s blocked me everywhere. He’s moved on and hasn’t looked back, but a part of me wants to become so magnetic and untouchable that he regrets his entire life for letting me go. I want him to see what he lost, but I also want to become someone who doesn’t even care if he notices.
I want to:
- Glow up, inside and out.
- Build confidence to a point where no one can make me feel small again. -Attract the kind of people and opportunities that make my life bigger than just “a girl who got her heart broken.” -Be the person my friends admire and think of as strong, independent, and thriving.
If you’ve been through something similar and found a way to become that girl, please share how you did it. How do I become someone who doesn’t need validation from anyone—but still gets it because she’s that girl? I’m ready to rebuild, but I don’t even know where to start.

Hello all.
My mother has terminal cancer and recently relocated to the UK after 15 years in the US.
She’s been taking full extract oil, up to 1ml a day with no carrier, for the past 9 years. We know a dispensary owner and grower and he extracted the oil for her. He’s been a godsend!
Whilst it cannot be medically proven, she has defied medical logic and survived breast to bones, to lungs and now brain.
I would like her to continue in the UK (Belfast), however details on the oil itself are a little sketchy.
Is this available, without unnecessary carriers? If so, please recommend a service.
