I have been deep in my fermenting hobby,and apparently homebrew supplies sell bulk pectinase. Pectinase is the enzyme that breaks down pectin.
IDK how well it works on whole fruit or even applesauce. However it should work fine on pectin in liquids like apple juice/cider, hibiscus tea, rosehip tea, etc.
(I drink hibiscus and rosehip teas for the antioxidants and because they're delicious.)

I posted here a few days ago about salvaging my stained sweater (photo 2). Just wanted to update with the finished product! It is a little splotchy on the front (more visible in this photo than it is in person), but I plan on just using this for layering under sweaters anyway so it doesn’t matter so much. I was impressed by how dark black it came out, the black RIT dye definitely worked well for this!

One of my countries, Pakistan is in the midst of mass political chaos. They are a lot of protests that have turned very violent (I’m not here for a political debate). A bunch of people have been killed and I’m currently stuck at home because it’s not safe to go on the roads. I can hear the protests, but I don’t give a shit. I have always been pissed at the people who don’t vote, or who claim that they are neutral. Neutrality comes from a place of privilege that me a WOC never had. But when it comes to Pakistan every party seems so terrible and I feel helpless. I have stoped caring. I am 16, in 2 years I’ll go back to Norway and I never have to think about the country I spent most of my life in again. I have a back up plan and for the first time have that type of privilege I never had. I can actually leave. If the country falls into civil war tonight I have a embassy to call. I care more about the Romanian election then my country. I want to study diplomacy how can I justify not giving a shit about half of my background. For the first time I get how so many women voted for trump or simply didn’t vote at all. They were wrong but it makes sense caring is exhausting. I’m no longer affected, but Romania and the future of Europe matters to me. Someone called me racist for prioritizing Europe over pakistan but that’s my future and I am finally ready to leave Pakistan in my past.

I live in a locked building of a downtown high rise. Ordered from Macys twice in the past month. First time says delivered, no package. I ask for a refund and buy elsewhere. Delivery shows up two weeks later. Ordered gifts on Black Friday deals. One item arrives, the other is shipped by DoorDash. Miss a call on Sunday from DoorDash. Call right back, no answer. Run downstairs, no delivery person or packages. Contact macys and they say they’ll reship. Received an email implying I’m lying and they will not reship or refund. Literal theft. Thank god it was only $33, but I’ve reached out to my bank and also Macys. How can they get away with stealing from customers? Any suggestions on how to at least get my money back?

Whenever i tap on those link im redirected to login page of microsoft and when i log-in on it using account, i am notified “You can't get there from here. An authentication policy cannot be fulfilled. Please contact your administrator.”
Im not sure if i used the right account tho. Help!
