I'm Ravi, a 27 year old forest guard officer who is alone in the woods, a reserved forest in the ghat section. All my teammates are back home for vacation and I'm stranded alone here, bored and lonely.
It's the rainy season and I'm on my usual inspection when I hear a sound near the falls. Wary, I pull my pistol and walk closer.

2024.11.26 16:30 WillowStellar When do you know you get passed or rejected from PLUM assessment?
I am looking for a full time job in my field and a job I applied to over this weekend apparently wanted a PLUM assessment from me. I completed it and what is on it, is on it now, can’t change that. But I haven’t heard back within 24hrs from when I took it whether my application is being moved forward or not. It is not my first rodeo with personality assessments like this, though the ones in the past have been AI automated of a pass/fail so results were almost instant (within a few hours at the latest).
Have others had the same situation about a PLUM exam before? What should I expect after taking it?

I got a Thai about 2 weeks ago. Seems healthy and its doing well, currently about to unfurl a new leaf which is very exciting!
It came in a pretty bad soil mix though. Just looks like dirt and some specks of perlite. I havent checked the roots at all since I wanted it to settle in first.
Should I repot? I have a well draining mix of perlite, soil, leca, and bark.
If I repot soon, should I clean off the roots, or do I leave the root ball+old soil mostly intact?
Also, should I wait for the new leaf to harden off first before I attempt to repot?
And do Thais need support poles at all? Ive read online that they grow so slowly vertically that its hardly needed.

so my issue is I have quite a few lines that run like 60 Real-Time-mod minutes and more per direction. I want my vehicles to spawn at e.g. both endpoints of the line so stations don't overcrowd due to low frequency while I have far to many vehicles on the route.
I already use a bunch of mods such as improved public transport 2 and real time 2
