Me pretending to reach back to throw something, "what do you want me to bean it with?". Cue The Look™, "haha, coffee beans".
A couple minutes later she states "not like pinto beans, that would taste awful". I, thoroughly amused by the continuation, reply "that's fair, but why are Pinto the first beans to pop into your head?". "I dunno, but thank you for getting it. That wasn't quick, most people would've lost the train of the joke." "Don't worry love, in this household we know how to commute a sentence!"

Hi everyone, I'm not the one to ask for help but I am at my wits end. I have no problem posting my eviction court notices as well as my apartment ledger to show how much I owe. I owe about 3k in rent. I lost my job at the end of August due to frequent call outs because my Dad was sick and i'm his only child and family member . I've been doing odd jobs and i've been able to pay off some money little by little and while i've been able to get my rent down from 4,700 to 3k, it's not enough and ive been summoned to court. I started a new job on November 1st, I haven't gotten paid yet but going forward I will be able to pay rent but I need help with arrears. I reached out to all of the social service agencies near me and everywhere told me that they are out of funding. I had a church start working with me regarding assistance only for them to start ignoring my emails and texts as my court date is approaching (dec 4). Anything, and I mean anything would help me in this moment. Your kindness is appreciated.

Hey guys, this is mostly for the guys here that are very active in the gym. Whats your spark that makes you wanna get back into the gym after losing motivation? I’m not sure what’s wrong with me but the last 2-3 months I have had almost no motivation to workout whatsoever. I’m 25 and have been working out consistently since I was 18 with the first few years me going 5-6 days consistently. My bodies 100% changed and I went from a rail to still a slim guy but with visible muscle. My genetics are naturally very skinny thanks to smaller parents. The gym has definitely changed how I look and made me look a LOT better then I use to. I just can’t find the motivation to get in there lately. I’m lucky if I go 3 times a week. Lately it’s been more like 2 times and although I still look fit, I’m definitely smaller then I was a few months ago. I just wake up and NEVER feel like going and when I do, I’m definitely weaker then I was in my workouts. I DO still go hard when I actually get myself to go though, I’m just weaker. I even got my own place this year and moved out, got a girlfriend after not taking girls seriously for years so on the outside looking in I got my shit together. My fitness has suffered though and i REALLY don’t wanna go back to just being the super skinny rail I use to be. I just NEVER feel that urge to go anymore. Anyone got any advice on how to get that spark back? Is this a normal thing guys go through when they start getting more responsibility?

Hi,
i have a hole in the sump of a 1KD-FTV Hilux Vigo. According to this Video the only way to change the sump is to get the whole engine out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_P8QNx7-RM
But is this true? In the comments of the Video or with a bit of google search i find short answers that dropping the diff and lifting the engine a bit will work too, but nothing specific.
So i someone in here that changed the sump of a Vigo 4x4 without getting the whole engine out and can talk a little bit about?

Hi! I am pregnant and was given an out of pocket cost estimate for a standard blood test in July, the estimate was $76. I agreed to do the test and did the blood test in September. I’ve now been billed $537 for the test. I understand the first document I was given was an estimate…but this is such a large difference.
I’ve spoken to the billing department at my drs office, who pointed me to the lab who did the test, and the lab pointed me back to billing (a game of telephone ping pong ball!) I raised a ticket with my insurance company. After 2 reviews the cost is the same.
What do you recommend I do? Should I ask for documentation from drs billing/lab or insurance company about what code was billed? Any other thoughts or steps I should take?

2024.11.26 16:21 Gogosfx I'm giving up one of my rescues and I'm heartbroken.
Long story short:
I rescued two puppies off the streets (in different time intervals) and once they were joyous and friendly to each other all the way up to their adolescence, when they started to fight and be uncontrollable. This resulted in my first rescue being bitten savagely and being hospitalized for three days.
Been told that once two bitches start fighting, it NEVER stops, no matter what.
I tried everything, fluoxetine, longer walks, pro dog training, crate training, separating them.
But it's exhausting.
I'm exhausted, out of money, out of hope.
Vet's advice was clear: give one of them up, rehome her to someone who doesn't have other dogs.
And frankly, I'm devastated. I love that dog. I nurtured her, I slept with her, I had so many good memories with her. I consider her my daughter.
I feel as if I am succumbing to a deep depression.
I kind of know she'll be in good hands but...
What if she misses me?
What if she falls into depression as well?
What if she doesn't settle as good?
I don't know what to think or how to feel.
I am beyond sad...
