More and more often, on Reddit and TikTok especially, I see so many teachers of so many grade levels saying how much it sucks being them, specifically because their pay is so low and the students they teach are either not up to par with their standards as most kids should be, or they’re just more disrespectful and uncaring about their learning from the start.
So, since you can’t force parents to do better with their kids at home (assuming this all stems from a bad home life), it makes most sense for the teachers to just walk out and force the education system to give them what they want. So why haven’t they done this?

Last night my ex wife sent me a text out of the blue. We don’t talk much so it was kind of a surprise. We divorced in 2018 after 6 years of almost zero sex. Maybe 15 times in the last 6 years. She remarried 3 years later. This is what she wrote:
“Hey, I just want to say I’m sorry. You were a good husband and I took that for granted. Patrick has completely ignored me in the bedroom and I now know what I put you through. Every single feeling you described to me that I laughed off or ignored is true. Your feelings were valid and I am truly sorry. I would have divorced me over this too.”
Guys!! I feel validated, I feel like closure has finally happened, but oddly, I also feel very sad for her. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. We actually had a pretty civil divorce, even though she refused to take any blame. I simply responded to her text with “thank you. I really truly appreciate this message”.

I’m in the process of trying to take a latex paint (need latex due to paint match + quantity), and thin it down a great deal to appear as a liquid makeup foundation.
Having two problems:
1) an incredible amount of bubbles, when it needs to be perfectly smooth.
I’ve tried distilled water, agitating w magnetic mixer, gently with a drill mixer, and running through a thin hose. No luck
2) at a certain point when dilluting, the pigment begins to break up and it just looks like watery paint.
This will be a sort of macro shot for a cosmetics brand & running out of ideas.
Anyone have insight or similar experience?

I’m just done. played 10 games and very single one just backs up hits you with a couple shot as you get to close and runs away again and if you don’t just mindlessly chase them or try to cut them off they don’t fight back or want to engage they just stand still or circle you till the rounds done. If you go down 3 rounds they stop playing because they know they’ll win so just be defensive till the games done. The games mechanics’s make this a meta way to play the game,block is very strong,punch accuracy going forward is terrible and you don’t actually have enough stamina to brake down there block especially if they are moving backwards at all times. so why not just hit your opponent a couple times then avoid them the rest of the round because the game rewards that play style. And the ppl defending this are mental if I stand in the middle of the ring because I’m just not going to chase you any more and they just sit in the corner and let the round pass for like 3 rounds then complain I’m not fighting. Giving it’s a chess match not a brawl well you still got to move the dam chess pieces to play the dam game
