Just think about it. max's timeline makes no sense. Furiosa seems to be 20-30 and she was born into the apocalypse. that would make max 50-60. he doesnt look it. and max being a different looking person. it makes sense. in the road warrior the vehicles didnt look this crazy. this has to be an alternate universe. in this movie he is running from something else. the little girl from the comic. "Where were you max?" max seems to have something new. he never seems to think about sprog or jessie. the world looks more vibrant. in fury road the world fucked itself. in mad max1 it was just being taken over by bikers and bad people. the same things might have happened to this max. max is not our 80's max. hes new. he is set in an alternate universe. im sure you guys will dissagree but i guess we will see lol.

Found this plant in the clearance rack at Canadian tire 2 weeks ago. Brought it home,gave it some TLC and a few days later flowers started popping up! So far I’m on flower 8 from one plant 🤯
I’m very new to keeping houseplants and didn’t even know this could flower !
Usually I see inch plants that look lighter in color,can anyone tell me which type this may be?

2024.11.26 16:40 yunn67 What are some differences between having ADHD vs not having it and using it as an excuse?

I was diagnosed with ADHD about 2 months ago and my father has audhd. But I have a constant thought that I might not really have it and was misdiagnosed.
I think this because almost everytime something happens, or if I do something, or I look into a habit or I look back into my life, I can somehow always find a way to tie it to adhd. I noticed that pattern and at this point it feels like I'm blaming the fact that I'm a failure on adhd.
I'm normally really honest with myself but maybe I'm faking adhd so I won't feel so bad about everything
I also believe my ADHD symptoms are actually a sequence of events and habits which can be tied to each other and mimicks ADHD, on my case I think my "symptoms" are just a stack of:

Childhood neglect + fucked up childhood shit
That led to Maladaptive daydreaming daily (this can mess up with your ability to focus + did disasociate 24/7)
Depression / anxiety (task paralysis + everyone knows depression is often mistaken by adhd)
Being a yo18 that had no guidance so now I'm behind my peers (chronically late)
Add that up and the other symptoms comes as a bonus

Also ADHD has been a lot on media lately so maybe I'm unconsciously mimicking that and didn't even notice which would cause a misdiagnose.
So is there any way to tell someone who's faking ADHD vs actually have it? I feel like the lines are very blurry..
Also would meds work differently if I don't have adhd? Because my meds are doing their job but is not like they work only for someone with ADHD, anyone who takes stimulants are going to be well.. stimulated?
I thought about it a lot and tried researching but I just can't find the difference between having a chemical imbalance and just being a lazy fuck

2024.11.26 16:40 MissCapIYA BO6 Killcams and Winner Circle: Are They Dragging Too Long, or Am I Just Impatient?

[COD] Don’t get me wrong—I love playing BO6, especially Search and Destroy. But can we talk about how long the killcams and winner circle scenes are? Sometimes I’m watching these things thinking, “Was this really worth showing off?”
Like, sure, some shots are absolutely insane—quick scopes, 200 IQ plays, straight-up montage material. Those deserve the spotlight, no question. But then there’s the other 80% where it’s some guy panic-spraying around a corner and barely hitting their target. Why am I stuck watching a full cinematic breakdown of that?
And then the winner circle… Don’t get me started. I don’t need a solid 30 seconds to admire the MVP striking poses or showing off a taunt. It feels like the game is trying too hard to turn every match into a spectacle, but all I want is to get back into the action before I forget what mode I’m playing.
Am I being too impatient, or is anyone else groaning every time these scenes drag on? Let me know if you think they could speed it up or if I’m just losing my mind.

2024.11.26 16:40 SomaZus Warming up on Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga x380 latop

Hello everyone, a few days ago I bought a computer for work, but since I turned it on I noticed that it got very hot, the model is the Thinkpad Yoga x380, I have searched for information on it and there is almost none. It reaches a maximum peak of 90 degrees Celsius, although most of the time it stays between 49 degrees and 65 degrees with the use that I give it and I don't consider that I use it intensively since I only use Office and YouTube on it.
I attach this photo so that you can see to what degree it can be heated and I have not demanded much from it, nor do I play with it.

2024.11.26 16:40 Illustrious-Issue761 Sharing my Recent find Asian restaurant which I have been obsessed with (yall really need to try it out)

Okay so i have fine dined at many Asian restaurants but honestly the experience has been meh. It wasn’t bad but also not upto expectations for the price, which is usually 1k for a person.
Recently, i was in the vegas mall shopping, and my brother and i wanted to try something new so we stumbled upon this restaurant, YouMee. GUYS IM OBSESSED. Like its expensive, ill tell you that but GOD ITS SOOOOOO GOOOD. So worth it. im a vegetarian and honestly while i dont have any problem dining at mixed restaurant, my contention with trying new food is this smell of non veg food like eggs or animal grease rubbing off on my food. Like at kylin, our sushi had this weird taste, i instantly had a gag reflex to it. And had to waste honestly the remaining pieces which costed us like 600rs
Anyway, Things I have tried at YouMee that I loveeeeeeed:

Veggie delight ramen

My brother doesn’t eat spicy food, so this was perfect. Okay i love love vegetables and let me say that their veggies are so damn fresh and the food is so goood

Mushroom stir fried udon Noodles

MY MOST FAVOURITE, been there twice now since last week just to have this.

Sushi

We had this vegetarian sushi which had tempura fried asparagus, with spicy mayo topping. GOD I loved it, this was my second time trying sushi and i was so hesitant because of my first experience at kylin where i had to waste my food

New york cheese & chilli oil Dim sum

Okay while THIS was Amazingggg, im a little lactose intolerant so i couldn’t eat more than 1. But if youre a cheese lover, Yall i am forcing you to buy this hahah.

Asian swirl (their signature drink)

Like oranges? GO FOR ITTTTTT. But tbh i did find their drinks very expensive.

Mango coconut milk bubble tea

Not a fan. It was decent. But yeah not for me
Also my favourite thing about their place was their waiters, The management knows that waiter works closely with customers, and i love how well aware all the waiters are about the menu. I ordered all of the above after telling about my taste pallet with the waiter and his recommendations were spot on. Not something i was expecting of waiters here in India.
Anyways youmee dwarka if you see this review, yall better make me your brand ambassador at this point. Have been recommending this place to everyone hehehehe

I saw a company that makes prints like the one attached, all the black is the script of the movie with the outline created by white space. I’d like to create something similar for my wife using the text of a speech she gave, but for the life of me I can figure out how to make the white space in a custom shape without just plopping it over the words. Any ideas?

I'm looking for documentation on the spacing of the plugs on a NEMA 6-20P and other 220 volt plugs. Does anyone know of where I can find this information? I looked on the NEMA site and they have a document for $210 but I have no clue if it has what I want and I don't want to spend that much money and not get what I need.
