Este año, en lugar del Día de Acción de Gracias el jueves, tenemos “Acción de Gracias con Amigos” el viernes. Tengo que asar el pavo, lo que suena difícil pero en realidad es bastante fácil. Obviamente ¡el método requiere una gran bandeja! En este momento, solo necesita un poco de aceite o mantequilla, además de condimentos encima antes de asarlo en el horno. I have picked up a PDF on his book on nutrition and have started reading it and tracking everything I need for myself in a notebook. Is it actually effective?Some of numbers seem really low for me but I’m willing to try since everything sounds really logical but it’s so different from everything I’ve read Here’s the rough outline of what my bulking plan looks like for the next year or so. -2000 calories -135g of protein -300g of carbs -40-50g of fats My BMR should be about 1876 calories per day since I weigh 71kg

My house has several of these terrible cut-outs, but this one in my home office is the worst since it's in a corner by a window, making it very dark. It's fairly deep (29" D, 40" W, and 106" H). I've put a bookshelf there previously, but it's so deep that it feels too set back and the lighting isn't ideal. I have decent bookcase space elsewhere in the office, so I'm considering using this as a reading nook instead.
I need some help deciding on decor - or thinking of different ways to use the space.
I co-opted some of the fake plants around our house to visualize some options. I already know I'll need taller ones (but how tall?). Do you think a ficus or fiddle leaf (or something else) would look best in the space behind the chair? (I know the fiddle leaf "example" could be fluffed out more, so it's not a perfect visual.) The picture with the full window is the view from the doorway.
I was considering adding some shelf option to the wall to the right of the chair (near the window), a pouf, and some fairy lights to the tree. What do you think about these ideas? Are there other options that might be better?

P.S. - Yes, the closet doors are bubble gum pink. I swear I didn't do it, and they are on the "to be repainted list". The walls are yellow, and yes, I did do that.

Tengo un vecino que tiene un perro en pésimas condiciones, el perro está encerrado en un cajon de 1.5 x 1, el mae nunca le cortan el pelo, ni las uñas, si acaso le dan comida , nunca lo sacan o lo meten a la casa. El perrito es un french pequeño y ahora que estuvo el temporal de lluvias con ese frío el perro durmió afuera (como siempre). el perro pasa ladrando todo el dia del estrés y ya una vez rompió la lamina donde lo tienen encerrado.
Senasa no sirve para nada, no ayudan en nada.
Alguien sabe que se puede hacer? Donde puedo llamar a pedir ayuda ?

Hello, I'm just wondering why is Fighting P2's most common Tera type? I would think that Ghost would be the optimal one, since it becomes immune to its original Fighting weakness and it can block Fake Out to more reliably set up Trick Room. Does it have to do with the fact that it likes to run Tera Blast? Even then I still don't understand how much Fighting Tera Blast benefits it, other than maybe hitting Archaludon with a Super Effective special move.
