Hey there!
I just got a new job starting next week as a line cook in a kitchen at a brewery. I’m humbly asking for any tips, tricks, and advice going into my new position. I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life as both FOH & BOH (most recently as a dishwasher & expo). I don’t have a lot of direct kitchen experience but I am eager to learn. Also, if anyone has any good YouTube videos for kitchen skills I’d love to watch & learn. I’m gonna spend a lot of time in my kitchen this week going over basic skills, and would really appreciate suggestions as to what I should practice.

So I'm maybe a half dozen sessions into my first campaign with a rogue thief I built before really understanding how the stat distribution really effects gameplay. Now I'm a little bit down the road and I've taken the tavern brawler feat and acquired an alchemy jug for the purpose of using acid and alchemist fire as my bonus attack to expand what I can actually do during combat.
Because I have tavern brawler, when I use acid it deals 2d6+dex instead of straight 2d6. At lvl5 my dex is 14 base +3 (+2 for being a rogue and +1 for being a wood elf, though in hindsight I should of assigned both points at level 4 to dex) so how else, aside from the ASI at level 4, do you raise the dex modifier? Are there items or is all about subclass bonuses?
Even if I had assigned more points to dex when building, that would not effect the modifier, only the base right?
I saw someone posted their lvl6 rogue had a +8 dex, how do you get there?

So, diegolix build has an update these last days, and it started working on my rig.
It's an old AMD GPU, and a modest Ryzen 5 5600. Nonetheless, it's running, and I am excited to start playing the game.
I heard good things about lossless, and it seems that my situation is a good case to use it. So, the game is running with stable 30 fps (im using the 30 fps patch), but only because I'm also using a low resolution patch (480).
Is lossless a good option here, to maybe increase the fps or the resolution? If so, should I disable the fps patch so it doesn't conflict with LossLess? Or should I leave it on?
I'm asking because I didn't buy lossless yet, and depending on what you guys say, I'm gonna pull the trigger.

2024.11.26 19:40 CozyStormcloud Is there a mod to give accurate amounts of loot?
I was wondering if there is any mod people know of that changes the game so that loot is dropped appropriately to the creature/person its given from? Or just in larger quantities.
For example, horkers in game have three tusks but only drop one and maybe one horker meat. Is there a mod that gives you three and lots more meat? Skeevers correctly only drop one skeever tail each but Mudcrabs only drop on claw when they should drop multiple. Hopefully you can get my meaning.
Any help is appreciated!
