The screen of my infotainment system keeps rebooting repeatedly. I can’t do anything on it.
I’ve tried the reverse trick, powering it off via the volume button, reinstalling the app (I actually was never able to add my car to the app for some reason and just never worried about it because I use car play).
I made an appointment for service at the dealership anyway but I’m wondering if anyone has any updated tips and tricks so I can avoid expensive diagnostics or having to replace the entire infotainment system. TIA.

2024.11.26 22:11 Scary_Position9017 I feel dumb for not understanding the nature of my curve
The x-rays are from a year ago when I first got diagnosed. The doctor did not care much, he didn't tell me what degree or type it was either. He just said to me that surgery is not needed and he just recommended some exercises. I ended up ignoring them mainly because back then I did not have that much of a pain and now I don't even remember anything that he told me. I know, it was careless. All I have is the x-ray.
Since then I did not get to see a new doctor, life got in the way. I know this is not a good excuse but now I'm in a new city, in a new country, trying to adapt and I will prioritize getting checked again and getting another x-ray and possibly getting physical therapy based on the updated diagnosis. I am planning to book an appointment this month.
In the meantime I am having trouble understanding the past x-ray. This is probably a very entry level and dumb question but: when I look in the x-ray, does the R mark my own right side as I perceive it, or is it from the perspective of someone who is looking at me, facing me?
Some details that might also help:
- When I look in the mirror my left shoulder is way lower than my right shoulder
- When I do not force proper posture and let my body weight fall to a specific side, the weight of my torso falls on my left side
- The left side of my waist is very straight and the right side has more of a curve to it, more of like an hourglass figure.
- This final one may be a weird thing to point out so apologies in advance, but when you look at me from behind, my butt crack is not going up straight, it is visibly tilted to the right.
I have pain on my left side mostly. Actually, I have pain on both sides but way more on the left side. It's more of like this constant tension and a feeling of weight, rather than a sharp pain or anything. I have been doing yoga three to four days a week this past month. (I did reformer pilates for a couple of months before and after my diagnosis, but without putting importance on my scoliosis) That is the only type of physical activity that I get nowadays and I'm afraid I may be making things by holding poses that may not be good for me.
Maybe I am dumb for not understanding it still with all this information that I have. But I want to be able to understand the curve, its type, which side is convex, which side is concave etc. I will see a new doctor and prioritize corrective or pain reducing exercises as soon as possible. I just need some guidance in the meantime, otherwise I keep overthinking and I fear this may stop me from doing yoga altogether.
