In BitPet, you can raise your own unique pet—keeping them happy and healthy by feeding, playing, and dressing them up in cute outfits. You can also customise your home base to make it your cozy little corner, perfect for snapping AR photos of your pet. There are also photo competitions and fun mini-games, like coin-collecting races, to bring a little extra excitement if that is for you.
The idea for the game is inspired by research into how games can encourage physical activity and I’d love your thoughts on how it all comes together. Hello,
In the process of moving out this week. The property management company (RYPM) has stated as follows:
You "must ensure the property has been professionally cleaned, 72 hours prior to vacating the premises as per the lease agreement. The standards of the professional cleaning are that there should be no trace of the previous occupant in the property..."
They have requested that I provide the name and number of the company I will hire to clean the unit so they can contact them should the property not be clean to the landlord's satisfaction.
Is this requirement legally enforceable if it is in the lease? Can the landlord make a claim against me for cleaning fees?
I have kept the property clean in the 5 months that I have lived here and will do another "deep clean" prior to vacating the property. I intend to take lots of pictures and a time-stamped video before I leave just in case.

 | Already posted in another sub but had to post in the official I enjoyed the game so much i cant even put it into words. The depth of the characters, story, all the different options and endings, this game really was ahead of its time. I fell in love with it when i started playing and im still obsessed with it. I even went to watch other playthroughs, edits, and went to the Dechart Games youtube to watch some vids(definitely recommend their channels they're lovely)😭 All in all its a really good game, even more now that we might be getting closer to what happens in the game. Would recommend to play through it more than once and get some endings cause thats another 10-20 hours of playtime.
